I’ve lived in East Lake for 23 years and have been visiting this gas station for 15 of them. They have never been closed at night, so I have never used the walk up window. Tonight when I walked up and had to I was confused about the process and where the window even was because there is no physical walk-up window. I asked the older gentleman attendant through the door where it was and all he did was point at the sign with his finger stating it was on the south side of the building. Like most people, I don’t know which side of the building is south so I asked again. Blank face and no response from him. Finally my boyfriend calls out to him twice asking where the window is. He finally comes out and tells us to “put our f*cking glasses on because the window is right in front of us.” The “window” is a silver tray jutting out of the building. I told him I’ve never used the window before so I didn’t know how it worked. He said “well you see the f*cking walkie talkie sitting there, don’t you?” And then tells us to receive service elsewhere. No where on the sign does it say to use the walkie talkie, and I’m not in the habit of picking up electronics that aren’t mine. So thanks for the great customer service, we won’t be coming to this location anymore

Would like to know why when I use your air machine at the store it shows one price and after I use my card is charged more? I purchased my own supply due to this issue. Wanted you to be aware. Not sure if it's the store or the supplier of the equipment.

Air machine says it takes cc but it doesn't. Also if you put quarters in they just get stuck :(
