I filed a claim and after talking to the claims department, I hought I might not get the outcome I felt I deserved. i called Laura and she was able to contact the claims office and make my situation heard. Great work and I am vey happy with how Laura helped me receive a just solution.

James Brown is the only State Farm agent I found in the western part of Florida that knows how to take care of a CustomerI would not recommend any other agent and I spoke with enough that I was getting quotes from other agencies

Every agent at this office is professional, friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. I was in a bind. After 30+ years with another big insurance company, I had to switch asap because of poor service on the corporate and local level. I was very anxious since I had four policies to change. State Farm, and in particular this office came highly recommended from locals in the area. The first time I visited was for fact finding. Anthony and James were very welcoming, understanding and helpful. I came back the next day with the information I needed for my new policies. Laura walked me through the process. I was originally just looking for good service, but not only did I get excellent help, Laura was able to lower my insurance costs by quite a bit, while keeping the same coverage levels I had on my former policies. She was very patient, taking time to explain the details of all four policies. I am very happy I chose this agency to get my insurance coverage. They definitely go the extra mile for their clients.

This Agency is not friendly at all. If you are disabled and let them know what you need, they don’t care. They will violate those ADA rights but then look you straight in the face and say the following: but I tried and did all that work for you. So now what they tried to do matters over what is actually happening, my claim was denied, the agent tried to make money by increasing my coverage, but hey, I’m just a wounded service member, that doesn’t matter because at this agency, feelings matter more than facts and the fact her is that I’m unprotected and paying more than I should, haven’t heard from this office since that denial. So if you are a military member, do t use this office, if you are disabled, don’t use this office, go where they know your name, know your kids name, and will actually stand by the support our troops saying by guess what, actually supporting the troops! Shame on Cindy and the agents she has doing her bidding! And lastly, definitely do not trust Laura! She lacks the minimum integrity needed to actually help anyone and will quickly run away from accountability by deflecting and projecting her behavior as yours!

Very nice young lady who works here found my moms phone in the Speedway bathroom next door, and when I had called frantically to my moms phone , she reassured us that she would leave it with the cashier. We went back to thank her and gave her some cash. Great morals and I’m sure if all of their employees are like this, this is a great company. Thank you!!

Janice with Cindy Wilson's office went out of her way to help us. We appreciate the time and effort on her part to get us squared away with insurance on short notice. We have been State Farm customers for a long time and service like this will keep us customers.

Wow, what an incredible experience! The woman I spoke with was patient in listening to my questions and concerns about my policy information. The quick response truly allowed for me to gain policy knowledge. I enjoyed the accurate and efficient policy change which lead me to over 500$ in savings. I found the staff extremely responsive and detail-oriented. I will be highly, recommending Cindy Wilson - State Farm Insurance.
