BEWARE!! THIS ATM WILL EAT YOUR CASH DEPOSITS!! For almost two years now, this ATM has swallowed my cash, then the screen buffers for 3 minutes, freezes, and reboots. It does NOT deposit any of the amount into my account. This has happened four separate times! I have informed customer service every time and they still have not fixed it. You're probably wondering why anyone would trust this machine this many times? I don't know, maybe a multi-billion dollar bank should've had it fixed after many years and myriad complaints about how it needs to be replaced.

Inside staff were great when I needed to open a business account, however, I have been having major issues with the ATM in the past 8/10 visits within the last 6 months. It is time for a new ATM machine. My first problem was several months ago when I attempted to deposit cash into the machine, but mid transaction the machine shutdown and rebooted taking my cash, but not actually depositing it into my account. I had to contact Chase which gave me the funds temporarily until an investigation was completed. Of course, the investigation confirmed my report and I was able to keep the funds. Ever since then, I have had a different issue attempting to deposit cash/use the machine nearly every time. Either it won’t take/read my cash, the keypad doesn’t work so I can’t even enter my pin, or the machine is out of service. It’s gotten to the point that I go out of my way to other Chase banks in order to avoid using this one. Very frustrating.

Please fix your ATM! For over a year (even the google reviews confirm the length of time this has been going on) this ATM has had issues with deposits and technical issues to the point you can’t even type a PIN number in. The amount of wasted time and extra money I’ve spent either on foreign ATM fees, including Chases additional fees, or driving to the Curlew location is absurd. This is simple service that should not take this long to fix or replace especially with an institution as big as Chase. Thank you.

ATM crashed while I was making a cash deposit and when it finally rebooted after about 10 minutes it said it was out of service. I had to call a toll free number to file a claim to get my money credited to my checking account and then they have the nerve to tell me it will take up to 2 business days to resolve my claim and credit me my money! I will never use that ATM again!

This is my bank and I've only been here twice it was a good experience both times. In and out with no problems and the staff were very helpful and nice. Hope to use this location more often and it is in an easy to get to location that is also very safe.

Can you please fix your drive-thru ATM machine. For the past month I have been going there and every time there is something wrong with it. A couple weeks ago someone had tampered with the slot to insert your card. Then a couple weeks after that the whole machine was down again now when I try to use it again it's only accepting my deposit in $40 increments. It's very inconvenient and now I have to drive all the way to Curlew just to use the ATM machine because yours is consistently broken.

Very friendly, personable, professional. Excellent customer care in person and by phone. It feels like going home. Been banking with Chase for 10 years. Have 3 Credit cards, Checking and Savings accounts too.
