Christine at Bed Pros was great! She really knows her bedding and was very helpful in directing me to the type of beds for my comfort preference. I would use Bed Pros again for my future purchases. I highly recommend them!

We purchased a Tempur—Pedic mattress from Bed-Pro Palm Harbor several years ago. It’s was showing signs of normal wear so a year + ago we went back to Bed Pro and traded it in on a new mattress to the tune of $3300. In the matter of a few weeks, we were experiencing a lack of body support on both right, and left sides of the new mattress. As a matter fact, my wife accidentally rolled off the bed on the floor on a couple of occasions.
We then went back to Bed Pro and lodged our compliant. The then store manager, Brian, was going to contact the manufacturer and set it up so we could trade out this faulty mattress for a new one. However, weeks went by and along with them, Brian, who left Bed Pro for other opportunities. No further help was offered at Bed Pro, except a representative at my insistence, whomcame out to simply tell us that what we were experiencing was Normal.
Really!!! In actuality, the lack of body support on both sides of the new mattress noticeably exceeds that of the 15 year old mattress it replaced. Both were Medium Firm.
(Our claim is now in the hands of the Better Business Bureau and a response from Bed Pro to our complaint states the following, “ TEMPUR-PEDIC DOES NOT OFFER EDGE SUPPORT AS PART OF THEIR PRODUCT FEEL”, whatever the hell that’s supposed to mean)
We’re done with Bed Pro.

Mike at the Palm Harbor bed Pros store was fantastic. We had already done a lot of research, but Mike gave us the right amount of information and some great recommendations, to assist us with our choice. He also went above and beyond to source exactly what we wanted and demonstrated the appropriate base to enhance the mattress. The whole process was efficient and friendly including delivery and removal. We would definitely recommend using these guys in the future.

I brought my mom to buy a bed at the Bed Pros Mattress in Palm Harbor today. Mike B. helped us and he was awesome. He's very knowledgeable and polite. Mike went out of this was to help us and we got a great deal on the the whole bed. If you need a bed or any type of accessories like pillows ect. I would definitely recommend you go see Mike at Bed Pros. It was a great experience and next time I buy a bed I will be going back there to get the bed from him . Also he made things so easy we were pretty much in and out and my mom loves her bed. It was completely hassle free. Thank you so much Mike for helping us and making the experience great.

Mike is outstanding. His knowledge of each mattress type and style is unmatched. He took time to learn about sleep needs, current issues and preferences. He made me feel comfortable asking a lot of questions about mattresses and pricing. He made sure I was happy with the purchase, delivery and after sale. Bed Pros Mattress is the place to go for your new mattress…hands down or, should I say, lay down & check it out for yourself!!!! They have a fabulous selection of top notch brands @ very competitive prices…offering exceptional customer service!! Christine was friendly, knowledgeable, respectful & patient. Our intension was to purchase one bed, but we instead bought 2!! We couldn’t be more satisfied!! ?????

I’d like to start out by saying I was in search of a new mattress as mine was no longer accommodating me, I was constantly waking up with a sore lower back and it was progressively getting worse. I also discovered that I am allergic to dust mites in the last 6 months, I also use a CPAP machine for my snoring.
I began the search and went to 3 different mattress shops, I didn’t quite find what I was looking for. Then I came across Bed Pros in Palm Harbor, FL and decided to check them out as well. It was the best decision I made!
That is where I met my Fabulous sales person Mike Badeau, I am adding Mike’s last name, because there are few Mikes within all their stores. Mike is a floater at the moment, and so blessed that he was floating at the Palm Harbor location. The rest is history, from the moment I walked in to the store to speaking with Mike B. about the different options of mattresses and what my needs were in reference to my allergies, and a hypoallergenic mattress along with an adjustable base due to my snoring issues it went smooth sailing from there.
He showed me many options & was never once pushy. I felt like I knew him for years. He’s very kind, understanding, listened to my needs & explained the differences thoroughly.
I ended up with what I call the perfect mattress that is resistant to dust mites, hypoallergenic, 100% latex queen size mattress. It’s the Birchwood Firm latex, 2023 resort, hotel latex collection as well as a queen rise remedy adjustable base.
From the beginning of the transaction to the delivery process Mike kept in constant communication via phone calls and text. The delivery and set up process did not take long at all. The delivery guys were Excellent and very thorough.
I am extremely pleased with Mike, as well as my new mattress and adjustable base. I’ve been sleeping on it for a few weeks now and it is so comfortable and the BEST REST that I have had in a long time. My lower back issues of feeling stiff when I get up in the morning are nonexistent.
Thank You for making my mattress shopping experience such a Pleasure. I highly recommend Bed Pros and Mike B to anyone looking to change their sleeping Experience world! P.S. thank you to Christina the manager at the Palm Harbor store as well and by the way, their prices are very affordable and the best out of all the places that I’ve looked!

We found that Mike our sales person did not pressure us and was very informative about the mattresses. He guided us and let us choose the mattress with the comfort and firm support that we wanted. Mike was very pleasant and gave us a great price for the mattress, foundation and frame.
