Thank God that I don't have Bank of America as my bank! I did, however, have a horrible experience at two BOA branches when dealing with my father's estate. A Clearwater branch on Belcher close to my office, and then in Palm Harbor near my home. I discovered that there's typically only one person at each branch who knows what they're doing. Every associate I dealt with had to ask someone else for the answer...every time... for all of my five visits. I always came prepared with the necessary documents and yet it took hours to complete what should have taken a short time. I knew after my last visit to the Palm Harbor branch that I needed to leave a poor review. My father had passed away and there was one checking account of his that needed to be closed out. Mark, a Senior Banker, shared my grief saying that he had just lost his parent and his colleagues were questioning why he was even at work that day. He looked at me and said, "I just want to help people." That was far from what he accomplished. Of course, he had to ask for help with locating an online form. He then had to go back to that person to ask how to complete the form. Once completed, he had to fax it to BOA's Estate Dept. Mark said that someone from that department would contact me within 24-48 hrs. I never heard from them, so, when I called, they told me they couldn't find the form nor would anyone at the Palm Harbor branch answer the phone after several attempts. Unbelievable! Days later I received a call from the Estate Dept. saying that they were processing a check for me which I would have the following week. It's rough losing a parent, and handling my father's estate with the staff at these BOA branches just exasperated the situation.

Twice now I've had a scheduled appointment only to drive 20 minutes and the person isn't there. I would say call in advance, but nobody answers the phone there.

Terrible branch. Couldn't even access my own money. Try to come in to get a certified check and they give me a hard time. Definitely do not recommend. The teller whose name was Susie was very rude right from the beginning. And then her manager Bobby came over and he wasn't much better. What a waste of time

I went in there a couple of days ago and my experience was great. I looked on my account and saw that without my permission, BOA made a debit withdraw from my account that I did not authorize. I have tried to call them numerous times to report. One of the ladies working today, said she would call me back after her client left, she didn't of course. So I started calling back and no one would pick up. Then I called again and they sent me straight to voice mail. Let's see how quickly they react when I go in tomorrow and withdraw my money. That is the worst customer service I have ever seen.

The reason banks are not geting good reviews is because they just don't care. You call the banks and they just don't answer and tell you they will call you back. They even took money out of my account without my permission and that's why I am calling them and they won't pick up the phone because they can see my number and refuse to call me back. I have had it with Bank of America. Let's see how shocked they will be when I withdraw all my money from them.

Needed notary service so was asked to sit after waiting in teller line. The man for notary was on phone. Young man greeted me and informed him I was waiting. Never called me or acknowledged me. After hanging up the phone he darted out the door apparently to go home. I’m BOA customer 30 years.savings /mortgage/3credit cards.

We came at 4pm for a scheduled appointment and had to complete several operations. Saira helped us with those and we are extremely thankful she stayed till 6pm with us(bank closes at 5pm) to fulfill everything we needed! Very helpful and friendly
