This is the worst Banking / Credit Union I have ever experienced. Number One the Staff is incompetent..They NEVER have enough STAFF..EVER !! Their lines are Always long..with ONE TELLER..Laughable......The Tellers cannot ever answer a simple question..You Have to go to Customer Service..who also doesn't have any help!!!.Never convenient for the customer EVER. We are leaving to go to a REAL Banking establishment with competent employees!!!!!!!!!!!

Used to be good, now they're just money hungry and we'll fee you for anything, I have a charge on my account from chic fil a that was double charged, same amount same day, same time and now here we are months later saying I need proof to keep the provisional credit, if you're looking for a credit union avoid this place like the plaque.

Palm Harbor Branch is getting ridiculous! Months now lines longin drive through, tellers rude,they have plenty tellers ! Always forget to put my debit card in envelope, never apologize. 7/19/2021 about twelve cars in line, atm broke , doors locked no.libby no notice! I had 3 transactions gave my debit card teller walked around bank and came back and I asked for my card she denied that I gave it to her! I said get manager view cameras as she argued with me then conveniently the manager and assistant are on vacation lol even when they find it they won't admit the branches behavior 2 pple were knocking on door upset over their treatment and not able to get to their money! The teller always walks in the back to make the deposit and then they put your stuff in the drawer and at least four times this year 2022 they forgot to give me my debit card but deny it when I call so I always have to start out getting another debit card it's the people they're hiring they don't train properly and when you have any fraud on your account and you have an email saying you canceled something but the person still went in and took they still want you to jump through hoops to get your money back even though you got proof that your account was not authorized to be debited after effect everything is backwards they need more training and they're very rude nobody's happy there

The tellers have been careless on several occasions about placing money in the wrong accounts. When asked how they will improve on the problem I was told “ that’s a teller by teller issue... How about at least saying, “we’re really sorry we put large sums of your money in the wrong account.”

Terrible customer relations and service.Communication between my insurance company and achieve was horrendous.I will be going back to my old bank who i should have stayed with from the beginning.My insurance company responded immediately to answer my question .Achieva representative had no idea what they were doing that is scary.

Stay away from this branch. It's not just one mistake and they say how sorry they are. It is the multiple mistakes that they make. I will be looking for another bank soon. Don't trust them, there is always an excuse. Check and recheck your receipts and your paper work and online banking continually.Oh, and make sure that they give you your ID back also.

Charge a $10 monthly fee if you forget to change your address. Higher monthly fees than what we pay at our other bank - what a racket! Did not have this issue with our other accounts at another bank. Customer service has been terrible from the start. Moving funds to our other bank asap.

Friendly atmosphere and great service. No minimum balance fees on checking accounts either.
