We need another Walmart in Palm Coast! Today people had to wait over an hour for pick up! I never got my order! Now I have to wait to get my money back. Store communication does not exist. An email with updates about the delate should be send when this happens, so people can continue with their day and go at a different time. I waited almost 2 hours. The employees were doing all they could, but they don't have enough support. A neighborhood store will be awesome in this area.

Just left store after a terrible customer service experience and one of the rudist encounters with a Walmart employee in Palm Coast. I was shopping the produce section and an employee pushed my cart into me to reach for an order she was pulling. I said "excuse me" and I tried to go around her. She then shoved the cart out of her way and said quote " I'm busy, I'm on a timer" I then said I am a customer shopping. I watched as she continued to push people out of her way to get things she needed. I also watched other employees pushing carts to pull orders that were pushing people out of the way, cutting people off entering and exiting aisles without regard, standing behind customers shopping rolling their eyes reflecting annoying looks at the customer then cutting in front of other customers wanting to shop the same area. As a store manager for 35 years I did learn that customer service is key and how the employees act is a direct reflection of the Store manager and their abilities.to train and set customer service experience. If it had been only one employee I wouldn't be writing this review but it was many. If it is a corporate expectation then the corporate training department needs to revisit this process.

⭐️⚠️Walmart Pay Issues: A Modern-Day Mining Script Situation (MUST READ)?
? I’ve encountered a frustrating issue every time I try to use Walmart Pay at the Palm Coast Walmart. The system freezes or simply doesn’t work. ? When I asked the cashier about it, they explained that Walmart doesn’t allow other types of tap and pay because it would compete with Walmart Pay. This left me wondering: When did Walmart become a bank? ?
Think about it: Walmart is a store, not a bank, so why do they care how we pay them? This situation reminds me of the old mining companies that forced their workers to use company script. ?️ Back then, miners worked for the company, bought goods from the company store, and were paid in company currency.
Now, it seems Walmart employees work there, shop there, and are told how to pay there. Sure, you can pay with cash, but we live in a digital age! ? Who mails their power bill these days? Most people pay digitally. It’s the same with shopping – we need digital payment options that work smoothly.
I enjoy shopping at Walmart, but I’d love to see them offer tap and pay options. Walmart Pay just doesn’t cut it, even with a paid membership. I hope this feedback reaches corporate so they can make some necessary changes. ?✨

Negative stars. Cannot depend on delivery. Order delayed by 6-7 hours. Delivered after cancelling ordering. Walmart store doesn’t answer phone and Walmart help desk does nothing. Order completely spoiled.

This has to be the worst possible grocery service I've ever dealt with in my life. They never asked for verification of who's picking up the groceries. What is the point in Walmart? Emailing you that your groceries are ready for pickup. If you still have to wait outside for over an hour I would rather pay double for my groceries than have to use this place again

Worst walmart IN THE WORLD! THE (SOME) EMPLOYEES are just horrible! Bad attitudes, never helpful, rude to the customers. I avoid this place as much as I can! I would rather shop at TARGET anyday!:

Parking lot is hectic hard to get help in store waited 20 min. For help in sporting goods not very friendly staff yes prices are good but the experience makes you want to pay a little more and go somewhere else

Walmart is Walmart... No matter what you're looking for, it's probably there. We buy groceries online and then pick them up. The people are pleasant, and friendly. My only issue is when home, finding only 1 item in a bag (i.e. a pack of gum or a single can per bag).
Update: Yesterday, May 24, my wife was told to pick up groceries at sometime in the afternoon (don't remember the exact time). Nonetheless, she went there, spent almost 2 hrs waiting, only to be told her order was canceled. No one can explain why, but she couldn't get it. So, she ordered again last night. At 9am, I was there and picked up the groceries, as instructed. On the way back home, we, we're texted that our order would be ready by 2pm... The order we just received! (Thank God this wasn't brain surgery.)

It's a Walmart, they are pretty much all the same. The parking lot gets a little crazy and messy. They have good stock on the items I was looking for.
