This Walgreens store is in a great location, not many shops in the area have entrances and exits to both North AND South Palm Coast Parkway from the parking lot (Safe Entrances and Exits!).It is always well stocked, and while it is generally more pricey than larger stores for non-pharmacy items, it is about the same as other, similarly sized national chain pharmacy/convenience stores. There is a really good selection of greeting cards, gift wrapping supplies and seasonal items. If you happen to find that you have forgotten someone on your gift list at the last minute - there will ALWAYS be something here that will make a great gift, and they have LOTS of gift cards to choose from if you're in a real hurry. There are also plenty of batteries, which can certainly be a great help when other stores are closed on a particular holiday.As I said, they are more pricey than larger stores, but If you get into their *Rewards* program and watch for sales, there are good deals to be found.

I bought a 2 pack of pregnancy tests. I took one and it gave me an error message. Well, that's not my fault and I should be able to return the product for an exchange. Instead, a black-haired, female cashier announced my situation in front of other customers to the manager. I had photos of the used, faulty test and they still wouldn't exchange leftover test for a replacement product. What was I supposed to do, bring in a used test?! Totally unsanitary. Horrible customer service. Just go to CVS; they are uneducated bullies here.

Love my Walgreens- we have two close by and enjoy going to both of them, the staff is always so helpful and take the extra mile to help you out and there’s always a nice smile!

Considering the shortage of licensed pharmacy personnel they've always been great at helping me getting my medications in a timely manner. Always have your insurance or discount card information BEFORE you intend to get something filled and it will save you a ton of time.

They tell everyone to come at 11am, because they don't start filling until the morning... If you need your addictive pain medication you will wait an hour suffering. Line or Drive through

This review is about the pharmacy. App doesn't work properly or perhaps it's the incompetent staff. Recently requested a script via the app. FOUR days later, still not even processed. Decided to call this morning and request the script to be expedited so I could pick it up before they closed at 7 p.m. Wait time on the phone was atrocious only to be hung up on. When in store waiting the pharmacist was on a personal call while 4 people waited for their scripts. Her 10 minute request to fill just my script turned into a good 30 minute wait. Needless to say, I transferred all scripts to another pharmacy as soon as I got home.

The slowest drive-thru on earth. Seriously how hard is it to slap a label on a bag and send it through a tube? The next refill will be due by the time I get out of this line!

Store clerk was rude and unprofessional. Never greeted me or even said good morning. Then when I asked her to make sure my coupon was applied she looked annoyed. Needs better training in customer service.

I transferred here in dec….still trying to get them to file my 2 insurances correctly…have never had this much trouble…I do understand that they have new staff but I know i have given my cards to them 6 x. I dont even go there until U can wait 20-40 min …but the staff is plesant and trying!!!

CORPORATE!!! For the love of God send these employees some help!!! The pharmacy is under staffed and I spend a minimum of 45 minutes here every time I pick up an RX. Get it together!!!

Better than CVS. Decent sales.I pulled all my medicines (8) prescriptions out of CVS 4 years ago due to nasty pharmacist and moronic manager of pharmacy. Complained to corporate office and got no response.I have some issues filling a particular med almost every month at Walgreens,but still better than CVS

Horrible service. On hold for 20-30min. Before getting hung up on. Morgan is very professional and helpful. But they need more staff to accommodate their clients. Corporate has 1-2 star rating at best.

Pharmacy does NOT answer their phones! 4th month in a row I’ve called in a RX. 27 minutes on hold!! And guess what they’re blaming it on?? Short of staff, everyone nowadays is on that bandwagon! But yet when I walk into the pharmacy, they have at least six people behind the counter. I believe phone calls are their last priority! Will be switching pharmacies, no more Walgreens!! FED UP!!! Palm Coast Pkwy Location
