Made a mistake on our prescriptions and refused to fix it. Some weekend foreign pharmacist with an attitude. We will be moving all of our prescriptions elsewhere. Walgreens cares less about its customers. No more corner of happy and healthy just poor service.

The pharmacy line had 8 people waiting and 1 customer at the counter, only 1 employee taking care of "drop off /pick ups" and the "consultation" line, Wait is long and customer service is bad!!! Pharmacy manager no where to be found!

Worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Always at least a 45 minute wait. Employees are not helpful, borderline rude and constantly seem confused and lost. Go anywhere else.

Dr called in RX same day as being seen, I called the pharmacy a day later and was told no RX had been called in. I called back the following week and again was told no RX was called in so I called the Dr again only to find out an RX was called in the day of the visit. I tried calling the pharmacy again only to have the phone ring for 9 minutes then be answered and thrown back on hold for another 30 minutes; someone answered finally only to say "please hold" and I was put back on hold. Worst service I've ever seen in a pharmacy; they should be ashamed at how little regard they show the very people who are why they even have a job

Every single time I go in the store there is a massive line. It happens to be at a very popular intersection. Other stores will open other registers or take on additional help to take care of the glut of customers. The last three times I have went into the store after picking out my item or items I have sat them down and walked out of the store because of the size of the line. Just take a look at the faces of those waiting. I definitely have poor management. Of course this is only my opinion but I know the store has three registers and they are not all being used. Today there was only one register in use and about 12 people in line.

Awful service. Have been trying to refill a prescription for a week. Finally called and was left on hold for an hour. My wife called the store to talk to a manager and was told that "yeah the pharmacy is having issues" and that "she can only transfer us there again." Not sure she was even the manager. Not the first bad experience with this pharmacy. I understand that everyone is overwhelmed with COVID issues, but an hour on hold with the option to wait again? I'm moving my scripts tomorrow.

This review is solely directed towards the corporate powers that be at Walgreens. After being in the emergency room for 5 hours with sciatica, I limped inside to go to the pharmacy. There was a line 12 people long, most of them NOT WEARING MASKS despite a COVID surge in Florida, as well as a line of cars at the drive through. I decided to go have dinner and return later. When I returned, there was maybe 5 mostly mask less people waiting. When I got to the front, the nice girl said there was a problem with my insurance and the pharmacist would have to push it through. The only problem was there was only 1 pharmacist and he was also distributing COVID vaccines! You can make this s$%# up! Other than the girl who was assisting me, there was one other person to process the prescriptions not only for the people indoors, but for the drive through! The latter was supposed to have left at 5:30, at this point it was 8:30. I spent an AGONIZING, and I mean I was in severe pain like on the scale of 10, 1 HOUR to fill a prescription! This is a step above a third world country and totally unacceptable. Walgreens, hire more people and if you cant get good employees, then PAY THEM MORE MONEY/A LIVING WAGE WITH BENEFITS! Pharmacies haven't suffered during the pandemic, this isn't luxury retail or tourism. This is CORPORATE GREED plain and simple. SHAME ON YOU WALGREENS!

This pharmacy has consistently provided me poor prescription service over a number of years. They frequently are able to do only partial fills of my prescriptions. Then sometimes I have to wait days if not weeks for the full prescription. The problem seems to be that their district office plays musical chairs with personnel. The turn over for staff is high and seems to be driven by factors other than core competencies. I am shopping for a replacement pharmacy.

I have used this pharmacy for years. The past 2-3 years it has really gone downhill. They advertise that you can get over the counter meds at the drive through. When the covid-19 crisis began I had a nagging, constant barking cough. I wanted to try some over the counter medication ie: NyQuil and DayQuil. I called the pharmacy and asked if I could get these at the drive through. I was told "we don't do that!" So I went in with my barking cough. I have no idea if I had covid-19 but if I did I exposed it to everyone I was near. This was when we were told not to buy masks due to the shortage. They advertise "we will take care of all Rx needs. Need a new Rx because your refills have run out? No worries we will fax the doctor!" Every time I needed a new Rx for daily medications that I have been on for years my doctor never receives a fax. The status of a Rx in the app always says it was ordered and then "after" I call the app status is changed to waiting on doctor. I emailed my doctor this morning they sent Walgreens a fax and a reply email to me stating a fax was sent in. This was around 9 am. I called the pharmacy around 2pm to make sure my Rx was ready Mike said "yes it was." I had 2 other Rx's waiting to be picked up. I drive there, go through the drive through, then drive home. They never gave my new Rx that I called about before I left the house. So much incompetence. I set it up with CVS to have my Rx's transferred to them. I'm not quite sure what the deal is with them. I have noticed in the past couple of years they gone through numerous pharmacists and pharmacy techs. Sounds like a management problem to me.

I was just there to get cough medicine and milk. I handed the cashier my money in her hand politely. After giving me my change the cashier dropped the receipt on the counter. Very rude way to to treat a customer. I guess I wasn't moving fast enough. I walked out because I didn't want to say anything when I have my baby with me. Folks need customer service training.

Knowledgable pharmacy staff. Very busy location near Advent Hospital in the Target shopping center. Store is open until midnight. Convenient.

Very nice pharmacy team but when calling on the phone they take a long time to answer. I waited almost an hour for someone to pick up. The other problem I have is that I have to constantly call them to remind them to fax my bill to Medicaid so that I can have medical insurance for the month.

Pharmacy won't answer the phone for a Doctor. Then I show up to fill my Rx and am told it'll be 1 1/2 hours to fill a single Rx. It's off to CVS or Publix I go. Shame on you Walgreens. Bad location.
