Pharmacy girl has a nasty attitude. I had a couple of questions regarding insurance and she was very snappy like she didn’t want to help me. I called him reported it to the pharmacist. He was an Indian fella and he sounded as if he didn’t care. Yes, yes, yes he said, have a nice day and hung up. I guess he doesn’t care either.

I have always had a positive experience with Walgreens. They have a huge variety of items and the vitamins are so reasonable. The people at the photoshop are helpful and knowledgeable. The only complaint I have are the rude demanding Palm Coast people who frequent that store. I have experienced hearing verbal abuse to the register clerks. Of course I'll still frequent the store and try to ignore the knuckleheads who feel they can abuse the help. Keep doing a good job!!

Pharmacist, Dr. Neil Harris, is wonderful. I tend to ask quite a few questions. He is always very patient, respectful and kind. He never makes me feel rushed or that I am not worth his time. Kudos to Walgreens for having such a wonderful pharmacist on staff.

We shop in the store located at 215 Palm Coast Pkwy and use the pharmacy drive-up window. Great coupons and advertised perks are sent to our home. The store is conveniently located and sells a good variety of items. There's a single lane drive-up which we use for our prescription pick- up. Those are the positive points I can make and the reasons I give it 3 stars. I took 2 stars away because the drive-up is soooo slow. This is the reason we use mail-order as often as we can. I've never had them make a mistake at the window and I have never experienced a rude customer service person. But if you pull around the corner of the store and a car is there, you know you'll have a wait.

Worst fedex experience ever. The guy turned me away after turning the client away right in front of me. They shouldn't say there a FedEx drop off center if they can't even scan the code that I give them Customer response was also not awesome. Offered no solutions to the problem, not even another location where I could be dropped off. Should not be a FedEx location

Just now RUDE DRIVE THROUGH EXPERIENCE I was just at the drive through located at 215 Palm Coast Parkway in Palm Coast, Florida. The old man with the earring at the window was beyond rude! I have gone to Walgreens for over 20 years and never have I been treated with such disrespect. I understand this pandemic has people on edge but no need to lose sight of positive experiences for the customers!

A****** pharmacist. Wish can get my Rx somewhere else. Very rude! Drove all the way to the pharmacy, waited for 20 minutes.The lady who was helping me says the medication I am picking up is ready but there's a quick question to the pharmacist. The pharmacist was on the phone and when he hang up with call.. he turned around to the lady who was helping me" if you have a question it is going to be a long time ".Pharmacist continue to pick up another call and not bothered answering the lady's every time he finishes a call. Seriously????? About 20 minutes standing there and waiting.So finally I told the lady " I do not want to get that Med , been waiting for a long time and pharmacist does not seem to care. So I left!

Great store that is clean, and well stocked. Employee's are friendly and helpful. Pharmacy is always busy but timely.

Nice enough store. I have only been here twice lately. The staff was harried and overworked. Why do so many businesses to that to their employees? The store is fine. We had to wait a while for the photo department. Nothing wrong with this place as far as I know. I'll update this review next time I return to this location.
