I have been going to VIP nails for a long time for my gel nail tips. The owner Tom does an excellent job everytime. I bring a picture off my phone and he copies it exactly, Tom is a nail artist. Tom, his wife and all the ladies in the salon have become like family to me. I've had to leave FL and miss everyone very much. No salon in NY is as good as VIP Nails...

When I say I HATE my nails, it’s an understatement. This is EXACTLY why I stick to nail techs. I wanted to go to a nail tech but i know u have to schedule an appointment and I didn’t have time, I just wanted my nails done right away. I read the reviews online before going and saw a lot of negative things but I still decided to give them a shot.. Then I showed him the inspo pic of what I wanted on my nails and he said it would be $60. I thought that was a great price because most salons charged $80+. I now realize why they charged $60. Because their quality is horrible. I Asked for two hearts he gave me dots The French tip was sloppy and slanted. Also smudged because they didn’t dry all the way and he (the owner) didn’t fix it. My nails are also different shapes.. I asked for tapered square and most of them are regular square. Please do not come here and just stick to the nail techs. Some nail techs do charge more but at least you’ll be satisfied .

Place definitely needs some upgrades. The staff was very nice. However, the owner did not listen to my concerns about my nails.. a few days later, my nails already started peeling off like I feared. Towels smelled moldy.

The man who works there did an awesome job!I walked in on a Friday, no appointment, was seen quickly, and did them exactly how I wanted!French coffin shape gel/acrylic $45Good price, other places were charging absurd $70 or more for the same service.Would definitely recommend, he did amazing!Wish I had more pics, but I was super happy with the results!

Vivian is the owner with her husband Tom in the Old Kings Road location.I was in between appointments and my nails were chipping, so I walked in, and asked Vivian if I could get the gel removed off my hands.She abruptly and rudely asked “just removal? You don’t want a manicure or another service?”And I told her I was in a rush and will have to come back another time, and that I just needed my gel removed for right now.She almost seemed offended.Rudely told me to sit down and that it’s going to cost me $10 only cash.I mentioned to her that I wasn’t carrying cash on me and didn’t realize they don’t take credit cards for a $10 transaction.She said did not even reply to me.I asked her if she could help me out this once, and that it was my not first time there.I got a simple NO.I walked out and told her well thank you for your business but you won’t be seeing me anymore.I WAS SHOCKED AND THROWN OFF by the treatment I got. And the only thing I did was walk in to give her business.Charge me a transaction fee, come up with a solution, and say it with a smile.So many nail salons in Palm coast, she obviously doesn’t value the business given to her.Obviously she didn’t remember me, but just shows how her “kindness” with clients does not come from a genuine place. Because if you catch her on a bad day, watch out.Service: Gel manicures

I love this place. Vivian is amazing. I use to go to Sofia nails down the road and now I don't . If u want a better price for a more professional job done then switch to vip nails. I'm super impressed with all the fall color choices and experience that vip nails has shown meServices: Gel manicures
