I walked in and the 2 teenage girls were too busy talking to help me lift a 35lb. Box of Litter, they pointed it out to me and I said that's heavy hinting for them to help and no help was offered. I go here in a regular basis and they lost a customer.

Fairly 'on par' pricing compared to PetSmart... and PetSupermarket had cans of the brands & type I buy, so great for my two felines, plus two cats abandoned & left behind by two diff owners!! Opened @9a today, easy to find & w/ample parking... personable & knowledgeable staff.

I cannot understand why ANYONE would give Palm Coast store a bad review, each and every time I walk in , manager AND staff are extremely nice and very knowledgeable about fish! I see the employees always informing correctly the customers on Birds, cats and dogs also , much nicer than that store on 100 ! I enjoy going there

Food is always wonderful and the staff very polite. Only down side was their water, believe it or not. Smelled like fish. Absolutely gross!! But I gave 5 stars because it's very minor. I suggest investing in better filters.

The staff here is very nice and accommodating. The prices are the same online and they carry it to your car! They went above and beyond the last time I was there with helping me with dog food. The time before that they personally fit my dog into a harness. Great service!

Update: they sent wrong dosage of meds, I spend ifi Ally asked before leaving and the pharmacy they use won't let me return because it's a prescription.

I like the store. It is close and it doesn't smell bad like the place down on 100. The prices are a little high but the products are good. I've found the people to be friendly and courteous. I prefer stopping at Pet Supermarket on the way home for petfood rather than going to the big conglomerate on the other side of Palm Coast Pkwy, at least you can get in and out quickly and not have to walk a mile.

I entered the Wish List contest before Christmas. The Palm Coast store left me a voicemail on 12/26 to let me know that I won a $50 gift card. I was traveling and phoned them back on 12/27 to learn that "they had to move on". I wrote to them through their contact us and never heard another word. Petco and Petsmart will be getting my business in the future! 1/23/2019 UPDATE: To my surprise they mailed me a $50 gift card. Thank you.
