I walked in and the 2 teenage girls were too busy talking to help me lift a 35lb. Box of Litter, they pointed it out to me and I said that's heavy hinting for them to help and no help was offered. I go here in a regular basis and they lost a customer.

Fairly 'on par' pricing compared to PetSmart... and PetSupermarket had cans of the brands & type I buy, so great for my two felines, plus two cats abandoned & left behind by two diff owners!! Opened @9a today, easy to find & w/ample parking... personable & knowledgeable staff.

I cannot understand why ANYONE would give Palm Coast store a bad review, each and every time I walk in , manager AND staff are extremely nice and very knowledgeable about fish! I see the employees always informing correctly the customers on Birds, cats and dogs also , much nicer than that store on 100 ! I enjoy going there
