I normally only leave good reviews but this time it was so out of line. Wow! The long hair white lady was indeed so rude. Horrible customer service and attitude, possibly discriminatory towards an Asian, who knows?
I came in to return an item and accidentally showed her Kohl’s code.
Her: “Nope that’s not our store.”
Me: “Oh, sorry, give me just a moment”.
Her: “NO, WE’RE CLOSING”.
***Wow, who would say it like that? ? And they still had 3 minutes left. If they were close I wouldn’t be able to get in, would I?
Me: “It’s just gonna take like 30 secs, I’m just gonna redo it in my Amazon app”.
Her: “YOU GOT 60 SECS”.
***What the heck was that?!? Who would say that to a customer? ?
But that’s not all.
I redid it while visibly shaking because how much pressure she was putting on me. I showed her the code, she scanned it and gave me the confirmation slip. I grabbed it and as I walked out, obviously not wanting to deal with her attitude anymore, she yelled towards me, dropping the last straw:
“YOU’RE WELCOME”. In a very SARCASTIC tone. ?
I was shocked and speechless and just kept walking out. Lady, you were so rude, unaccomodating, lack of understanding, and unwelcoming to me the entire time. And you expected a thank you? Well, thank you for the unspeakable, one of a kind experience, how about that?
You’re lucky it was me who you did it to, not somebody else ? Worst service and attitude at its best! ?
It was just shocking. If it was not to return items I would never come here for anything. Nice job lady, or whatever your name is!

We rented a mailbox from this location for 4 years while we were RVING. Donna & her staff are all wonderful. Thank you for all of the staff's hard work. Highly recommend.
