I went in to Tom Gibbs Chevrolet to look at a used Toyota Camry. Frank Friel showed me the car and explained all he knew about the car. Very friendly. And Kyle Hash explained the paperwork to me to my understanding. Thank you both for your awesome service, but not “service” more like friends helping friends.

Our family purchased a 2024 1500 Chevy Silverado from Adam Taylor at Tom Gibbs. From start to finish, they made the process very easy. Adam knew we would be coming in with our kids at the time of purchasing and made sure to have the truck detailed and ready before we arrived. The only thing we had to do when we got there was a test drive and paperwork. We would happily recommend Adam at Tom Gibbs to our family and friends!

In for a tune up on a 2 year old Colorado which I purchased from this dealership (Tom Gibbs). I was informed by the person coordinating my service that my battery was going dead and not sure how long it would last and they were suggesting a new battery. When I pointed out that I was still under warranty he stated, oh, no worries, we'll get the new battery installed. I was told the new battery needed to be on some machine for an hour. After an hour the service coordinator informed me that they put my old battery on the machine and charged it back up. I pointed out that it was recommended I get a new battery but once it was noted as under warranty, all of a sudden my old battery is still "good enough". I told him exactly what it looked and felt like......get me past my warranty date with existing battery and during next service, I can pay for the new battery. Now I'm not sure if I had a good battery in the first place or if I have a battery that will go dead in a few month and I'll be stranded somewhere.
Trust at this dealership is now gone. UPDATE, Service Manager contacted me and we agreed that the service coordinator should have explained the Chevy warranty terms prior to charging existing battery. I have updated rating and will re-review after next service call.

Buying a car is always an ordeal but the folks at Tom Gibbs made it as easy as possible. My sales associate, Corrin, was the absolute best. She worked with me to make sure I was in the truck that best suited my needs for pulling an RV. She went over and beyond. I also want to extend my thanks and appreciation to one of the finance managers, Bryant Beal. He made the buying process easy and as quick as possible. I will definitely tell my friends and family to check out Tom Gibbs Chevrolet the next time they are in the market for a new or used car/truck.

This dealership is outstanding. I normally like to recognize certain individuals, unfortunately I can’t. Every single person is outstanding. Since I don’t want to slight anyone, I’m sending this out to every one. The service department is fast, efficient and friendly. The sales team is amazing as well. Unfortunately, car dealerships get a bad rap. Go to Tom Gibbs and the experience may change your mind.
Thank you, to the staff and Tommy Gibbs. I wouldn’t even consider having my cars serviced anywhere else as well as purchasing a new vehicle.

On 08/22/24, I called and spoke with Ken who was my Service Advisor and explained the situation with my 2023 Tahoe and he was able to quickly check with the Parts Department to confirm that the part was in stock. He was able to get me on the schedule for the following morning to have the new part installed and the problem corrected. I arrived the next morning 08/23/24 at 9:30am and my vehicle and was finished at 11:30am. Everything went smoothly and everyone was professional and friendly.
