So far, this place is amazing. I haven't checked in yet, but the scenery is immaculate. The grass, palme trees, and bushes are manicured. If I had the money, I'd move out here. I will post again later once I get into my room. I'm just enjoying the peace right now. Ahhhh!!!!!!
Walkability: There's a bridge to walk over. It's not a flat route. Some mild ascending, descending roads. Good walking here...

Absolutely a Great Place to have a Family Vacation. They have everything for all ages. The room was fantastic with a great view of the ocean from 2 different rooms. The pool area is a family's delight with the slide, waterfalls, and even a sandy kiddie area. Great place to stay location-wise with Daytona and St. Augustine both just 30 minutes away.

Beautiful resort, staff was great. All food we had at the restaurants on the property were excellent. Golf courses in great shape. Can’t wait to come back!

I rented one of their event rooms for my best-friends 40th birthday surprise party in December 2020 and it was absolutely fabulous. I realized I never gave a review:( Food was delicious and the views to the ocean were majestic. We didn't stay overnight but I wish we had.

The rooms were nice. The sliding door was hard to open and close. We were located far from the lobby. You have to drive or shuttle to get there . Our key card would not work, so the worker came over to unlock. Staff was friendly.

Overall the hotel was great but needs some work to really make it pop
Firstly the pool was fantastic, staff amazing and I loved there weren’t silly rules around having drinks in the pool. relaxing in the pool with a beer bought to you is always a win. Food at the pool bar was also great.
Beach was also great.
The bits it fell down on were the restaurants. They were good but with only 3 (4 if you like sushi) to choose from and only 1 open all day, it’s a bit limiting, at least it was when we were there.
The biggest issue was that the sports bar stunk of oil, really badly. We went in for a few drinks and only stayed for 1 because we’d have ended up smelling of oil. Ruined what should have been a good bar.
We went to the restaurant that was open all day while there was bad weather rolling in. The bar area is lovely so we sat down and 3 people came to tell us it wasn’t possible to sit in that area because there weren’t servers or a bar person on… they had to get servers from the restaurant to serve us. It’s a 5 meter walk for clarity and when there is nothing else open, including the pool because of the storm you’d think a few people just wanting a bottle of wine wouldn’t have been a crazy thought. Service was excellent but was a bit weird how inflexible it felt when it’s actually very easy.
Room was clean, could have been colder on the air con and the water filter was flashing red on the fridge. We didn’t raise it because it didn’t matter but it’s little things that make a difference and should be noticed by the cleaners.
For what we paid for the 3 nights, it was great but please fix the sports bar.
