Do not use this guy. Installed a new back window and it didn’t clean the broken glass around properly before installing it. Glass everywhere inside the back door and glass got stuck in the lock, i couldn’t open my trunk. Costing me $$$$ to fix it now. I regret hiring this guy!!!

I am not 100% happy with the service. It was done in 15 minutes too. If I need reassurance about something I don't like someone brushing my concerns off.

Called yesterday. Told me he could be here first thing this morning, showed up right when he said he would and did an amazing job with my windshield! Wouldn't even bother calling anyone else! Highly recommend!

I called the company and asked for a quote on a windshield. They actually gave me one. We set up an appointment to install the windshield on the day of the appointment. They were a no-show, never called me and I called all day and never got an answer. Never heard from them again. Very unprofessional to set up an appointment and not even call the customer and explain why they're not coming as far as I am concerned, this company is unprofessional and unreliable

Called for Windshield repair after not able to talk to a human at safelite. I have a class A motorhome- he came to me within about a hour of my call and had repair done within 30min. He is experienced and I highly recommend-Services: Auto windshield repair

This guy Rob is a complete scam. He replaced my friends window and within 30 mins the window was broken again. The guy continues to say it must have been someone breaking in again (even though it was broad daylight with police in the area parked at the front of a hotel) versus him accidentally installing it wrong. We gave him multiple chances to make up for it and he still won't do it. STAY AWAY, this guy is terrible. (We definitely recommend using Safeflite instead)Services: Side window replacement

Had a terrible experience with this guy. At first he was super nice, was able to come out the same morning so I paid him in advance. He fixed the window, sent me a video of it working but within 30 minutes the window had shattered from not installing correctly.He went on to claim someone just drove by and broke it and that there was no way it was due to his fault. Gave the guy multiple chances to make it right but he's an absolute j**** I definitely don't recommend using him, very unprofessional.Then had to take it to Safeflite, and they even said that Mercedes windows are a bit more difficult and the guy had not set it in correctly.Don't use this guy!Service: Side window replacement

Set up a appointment for Saturday. No call and no show. Wasted the day waiting on this guy. Not very professional in my opinion.
