I have visited this location over 10 times and EVERY SINGLE TIME I have tried to make a purchase or wanted to add additional services it’s never a success. This will be my final attempt to conduct business here.

Oh Mr.Brock you are very unprofessional and have the worst attitude I am your COSTUMER for over 25 years and to speak to me the way you spoke to me & shrugged me off and tried telling me you dont deal with sprint costumers even though T-Mobile is taking over sprint is beyond me and then when I asked for a storeManager you lied straight to my face saying there was no store manager but in reality he was in the back room EATING… my complaint has been filled with corporate & i pray no one has to encounter this ignorant employee.

Only store than sales phones but can't help you with any problems. They have their daily quota to meet in sales if you already bought get out of the store

I bought got two lines one for myself and one for the wife, We were told by the representative that both of the phones we going to be FREE for BOTH OF US. When the phones arrived and we activated them at the Belle Terre Dr store it was found that we would have to EVERY single MONTH for 24 months be subjected to a refund by the representative Iyanna and this was to be done by the Manager Kevin . Well February rolled around on the 4th of the month I called 4 times to the store to make sure that refund or the $90.00 dollar a month would be credited which it was not and as I wrote I only called and NEVER went to the store , But the new Manager a Female stated that I came to the store and swore at them which I NEVER did at all... Be careful how you tread with the store as they will LIE about everything and will NEVER complete their promises at all. PS My fife and I were the Only two at the store when Iyanna, Promisesd us when would bet the phones for FREE!!!!!!!

Iyanna was so amazing! She gave us the best options for our money. She was so sweet and helpful. We visited from New York and she was very relatable being that she is a former New Yorker! Great experience with Iyanna. Ask for her when you go.

Worst store ever, came to exchange modem for new since T-Mobile debacle. Was told no needed to send to care, my daughter works got T-Mobile, manager concerned about his minus revenue more than customer service

My T-Mobile screen protector was damaged and I stopped at T-Mobile Store 835D located at 800 Belle Terre Parkway #108, Palm Coast, Florida.Iyanna D. was about to leave and stopped to help me replace it. Since the other customer representatives were busy with clients. She did an excellent job on removing, cleaning and replacing the protector.Thank you T-Mobile for having such wonderful customer service representatives like Iyanna D.

This store saved my sour taste of T-Mobile by the other store (by Taco Bell) . This store took only five minutes to fix my issue. I spent two days in hell in this store (hrs and hrs) when this store only took 5 min. I think his name was Kevin that helped me. Thank you Kevin for saving my Day!Do not go to T-Mobile by Taco Bell or you will spend your whole day there.not only that!!! They like to con you into ther stuff too.If you like that kind of service bring a pillow with you!

I am so disappointed with T-Mobile. I've had their service for many years but I will be switching very soon. Too many issues to list but my biggest problem is that both my children (18 & 20 yrs old) have gone into the store and been lied to & completely taken advantage of. I could go on n on with all the lies and what I've experienced recently but I'll leave it where it's at.

My sister and I had just switched over from AT&T, Kevin, the manager, refused to offer good customer service to my sister when she came in complaining because she doesn't have service at her job, and it keeps switching to SOS or "no service. He told my sister to be mad at me for switching to T-Mobile. Didn't even offer initial constructive advice or feedback.I was shocked because Ashley and Dom tried to help to the best of their ability. I don't know if I am willing to deal with more poor customer service or not.

I was so super helped by everyone at this location. A special shout out to Dominic and Brock. I got my daughter a tracker and watch phone that can make calls and more! She is very happy!!
