Being on a business trip for my company, opening up a new store, I needed supplies. I googled Staples and wasn’t disappointed. They had what I needed and the assistance was on point. Alijah was a tremendous help. His knowledge, attention, and attitude really made the experience much easier. He went the extra mile to compare prices and even price matched. The air conditioning was down in the location, but that did not stop him from providing excellent customer service. Thank you Alijah!

Pleasantly surprised today when shopping for a new ink jet printer. Sales Associate was very knowledgeable and helpful. Have not found this to be the case at every Staples, but happily it is here in my hometown.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! WAITED AND WAITED FOR A RETURN WITH 5 EMPLOYEES UP FRONT NOT ONE ACKNOWLEDGED ME AND WAITED ON ALL CUSTOMERS FIRST THEN FINALLY HELPED ME, WILL NEVER EVER COME HERE AGAIN EVER !!!!!

** Please like & share our reviews.** Wheelchair accessible. This is a huuuuge store. It has office layout displays, a printing marekting department and every office supply imaginable.
We went for their printing services. Ruth graciously worked on our coiled binder order that was needed same day. She attempted to call us bc we request a 3 punch hole but was concerned that the coil would be too close to the holes. She verified with us if we were still wanting that option. We ordered our printed materials on their website and picked up.
We ordered a 100pg double-sided b/w coiled study booklet for $23. It was put together perfectly. Will definitely be back for the printing services. Ruth definitely knows what she is doing and goes the extra mile to make sure that customers are satisfied with the product.
If you are looking to avoid the Walmart or grocery store crowd but are needing to purchase gift cards, this store has a huge selection.
The cashier was friendly and helpful as well. She seems to recognize regulars by name. She was super sweet but super efficient.

Definitely would never come back to this location. I get there 20 mins before they close. I only needed three things printed. He wouldn’t even look at my file to see how simple and easy and fast it would be to print my stuff. If you don’t want people to come print stuff 20 mins before closing you should put that on the door or on the site.

I wanted to commend Kei for her excellent customer service, knowledge, and sense of humor. Despite being busy, she took the time to engage with each customer personally, showing patience and providing valuable assistance. It's refreshing to see someone go the extra mile in customer service. Kei deserves recognition for her skills and her friendly demeanor. Such exceptional service is rare.

Staples! Please rest assured that your Palm Coast store is in great hands. Jeff was absolutely great. He assisted my wife and I in picking out a new laptop for work and was very patient with all of our questions. If anyone deserves a raise or promotion here it is surely Jeff. We hope he sees this and continues his outstanding customer service.

The staff is awesome! It’s a busy place which feels a little stressful to me, but the young lady who helped me and supervisor Will were so helpful! They’re literally the reason I’ll return. Thanks so much for the assistance with issues buying a printer!
