Terrible and rude service. The representative served someone who had just walked in ahead of me after I had been waiting for 15 mins. Turns out the representative was the store manager (Donald Dukart). If you have to use Sherwin-Williams, go to another store (unless your one of Donald's buddies). Better yet buy another brand.

This store is awesome. Great customer service. The person that helped me, Charles Smith, took about 40 minutes just with me trying to track down the name of the paint, possible contractors.... so I could match my FL exterior colors exactly. I was very impressed that a "possible match" was not given to me quickly. Kudos to the store and to Charles!! Every experience there has been GREAT. TU!

I love that it’s employees are courteous and willing to help me on find what I had described to them. I never felt rushed and that the employee actually listened to me. He also was aware of my inability in making a decision he then offered suggestions that I may want to consider pertaining to particular spectrum of colors available. Thank you Palm Coast Sherwood Paints and wall covering for the attentive and informative help I received from your employees. Your a step above in customer service.
