If you're coming for bloodwork as a former opiate addict, proceed with caution. They had to wait for a specific nurse to be done with a patient to be able to take my blood. It took entirely way too long all because they wanted to act like it was the end of the world that I was there. Besides that, the place is just plain creepy and they treat patients like it's a deli counter. And now I have a HUGE bruise on my arm. Thanks!

I would give Quest less than 1 star if I could at 21 Hospital Dr in Palm Coast. They have the worst service. Also they leave customers on standby with not even trying to work them in between appointments. This is a normal thing on Saturdays. And then say there is only 2 of them but then are clearly seen just standing in the back between scheduled appointments waiting on the scheduled appointments to come in. This is unfair to the standby appointments. Quest you need to do better. 1/27/24 @ 9:15am. I have been here from 7:30am

Do Not go...poorly run.... Not even a receptionist at the desk just notes saying not taking walk-ins or no receptionist and website is very poor to make appointments

Perfect example of the lack of healthcare in Palm Coast. Waited 2.5 hours and never even moved up in line. Then an idiot shows up, starts making a scene and they actually moved him UP to the front of the 12 person line just to shut him up. I have always used Quest but this location is ridiculous. Two people working and nothing getting done. This is the third time at this location and NEVER again. It's not the Phlebotomist fault. It's Quest corporate not addressing issues!! This location is the shining example of Palm Coast entitlement and stupidity.

Went for a drug test in order to volunteer for hospice. The woman was the most unsterile person I have ever met. She wore the same plastic gloves after handling a urine specimen to handing me a pen to sign and gave me a dirty look when I washed my hands a second time after using the pen. She held on to my driver's license during the entire procedure and had to clean my license, etc. since she never took off the bacteria covered gloves. I will never return to this facility again.

Sat in this place for 4 hours with an appointment only to be told they were not seeing anymore people! The worst experience ever. Need the blood work done by November 3rd. Of course just like all other medical services noone even cares anymore. Thanks for being the norm of medical society today. I hope each person that works there experiences not getting taking care of just like I just did. Karma is great

Trying to make an appt for blood work is like running a maze and the only way out is to quit trying. The website is very choppy and the webmaster is no master. Please fix this.

The supervisor in this lab is not worth my tax dollars she makes no exceptions not personable not willing to listen just wants to here herself been here since 7:30 am and she made me sit till 10:40 am and they wonder why they only have 2 stars the lab tech know what she was doing was wrong they couldn't even look at me one kept apologizing and i do appreciate her i will never go to quest lab again they need to terminate the supervisor there 8/16/23. This place is not accommodating to anyone not even the elderly they have to use the kiosk on there own no one to help them this place is not ran properly at all

Very poor service,we were standby from 6 30 am to 8 am not called in.Very short on staff, they opened at 6 30,today tues,Sept 6 6 23,but never took a patient in till 6 55 am. 3 poeple canceled and left could have worked us in,we left because we could not wait any longer we have jobs. They are also very rude.

I want to thank Trish for helping me this morning 6/17. I tried the chat on website - no answer to my question, tried calling but got no where. I went to the location and Trish help me with what I needed and answer all my questions and I greatly appreciate the assistance.

Came in at opening as a walk in for drug screen for work. After sitting for half an hour basically told no walk ins will be done in a very rude manner. Will never use on own accord. Update. Went with a appointment. Receptionist was professional and pleasant. Informed all upon entering about staff issues and that walk-ins should make an appointment and that the walk in could not be seen today. Receptionist took care of my screen. Big difference on second visit. Lesson for customer, make appointment.

NEVER BOOK AN APPOINTMENT - BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT KEEP IT! I sat there for 45 minutes, even though I had already pre-booked. When I finally got into the room and sat down - she took a STOOL SAMPLE from another patient while I waited in the chair. Then she tells me that they were short staffed and that if I did not like the wait, I could "GO TO LAB CORP OR AMERI CORP OR ANY OTHER LAB BESIDES QUEST". Nothing says a true professional - when you send your customers to others because you cannot provide ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE in a timely and professional manner. THEN she wiggled the needle around inside my arm - PURPOSELY CAUSING PAIN AND BRUISING. DO NOT GO HERE - UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISRESPECTED AND ABUSED. FIRE them all - replace them with people who actually care about the patients and want to provide a professional level, quality service to the public. IF NOT - then go work for a fast food restaurant.

Nice that you close your office for maintenance but don't bother to inform your patients that had appointments. Now I will have to reschedule my PCP appointment that was on Wednesday. Thanks for keeping your patients up to date!

Horrible place, horrible employees. I had an appointment for today and when I arrived there was a sign saying they were closed because they had no air conditioning. These people did not have the courtesy, decency or professionalism to call the patients who had appointments to let them know they were closed. It is understood that there was a problem but they could have notified those of us with appointments. I and another person who also had an appointment were knocking on the door and they did not care to come to the door even though it was obvious that there were people inside. Shameful way to conduct business and treat people!
