They have a great staff here, from the front to the back. Is the gentleman there named charlie, who is well known and a kind soul. Pretty much everyone here embodies the publix customer service culture.... Because shopping is a pleasure here

Don’t bother putting in an online order for deli, you will end up waiting an hour for it just to be told “5 more minutes” and then no one comes back out. I really don’t like to complain but this is the 4th time I’ve dealt with this here.

The products at Publix are fresh. I love that there are always bargains. For example: Buy one, get one free. Two for 8.00 deals. I love shopping at Publix.

The prices have gotten beyond ridiculous. Where there is PROPHET there is LOSS. I hope the quarterly gains were worth the loss of your reputation and loyal customers. I was a loyal customer for 14 years. I’m sure I’m not the only one fed up with your greed and choosing to shop elsewhere. Congratulations! You found out how much we were willing to tolerate.
