Been coming here for four years and usually have no issues with the service. Longer lines as of late but I know they had a lot of people transfer from other pharmacies. However, it is absolutely mind boggling how you can call anytime of the day, and you are immediately put on hold for ten plus minutes without someone picking up the phone. I don’t get notifications to my phone anymore which I’ve asked a few times for them to fix but never have. Nothing wrong when I come to the counter, the ladies there are always super helpful.

Great pharmacy. 99% of the time, he staff is very friendly. (We all have a bad day sometimes, especially if dealing with a rude customer.) I am a retired nurse and medical practice manager. I always expect good customer service, no matter the profession. The few negative reviews left for this pharmacy are probably from customers that just didn't 'get their way'. The staff does a great job.

I just have to say that this pharmacy is the best I’ve ever had experience with. The staff are super friendly, pharmacists are very knowledgeable, and whenever I call because I need my prescription fairly quickly, they get it out as soon as humanly possible. These people really go above and beyond.

Очень плохое обслуживание! Заказываю лекарство за день до получения, назначают время, приезжаю, а лекарство не готово. Жду в магазине до сорока минут. И это постоянно. Very bad service!!!!!
