At the Publix Liquors located in Belle Terre Crossings, we experienced disrespectful behavior from an employee named Emily. As she prepared a sandwich for my family and me, her demeanor was both unpleasant and unwelcoming. It is crucial for management at this specific location to address such issues promptly and decisively.

They don't keep non-service dogs out of the store, which is not only unsanitary, but unsafe and risking customers and small children's safety. Publix, please enforce a policy of SERVICE DOGS ONLY

Best kept secret....Tuscan Garlic Loaf ... this bread has chunks of garlic baked in. You can ask to buy it frozen from the bakery and get the heating instructions ... I think last time it was 350 for 10-14mins (long enough to warm through). Or buy it fresh and have them slice it for you. I ask for regular slices instead of thin. Its a perfect addition to the baked ziti we made. Another great use ... I had a slice with spinach dip today. I usually prefer the softer bread like a kings Hawaiian roll but this held up nicely and I loved the extra flavor it added to the spinach dip.

Store is great and customer service top notch. It’s the idiots who patronize this store and don’t know how to exit the parking lot. Just because you stopped 300 feet away from the stop sign doesn’t mean you go without stopping when you get to it. People coming from north end of the entrance to exit never stop and nearly tbone me every time as I take a left.

Clean and good store. Management should ensure, that soup is available and suitable packaging is available. The staff don't know how to solve the simple problem of not enough soup for a big cup, and no small cups available. There may be problems in school education ...

One of my more favorite locations. Love the layout and the spacing of the aisles. This store is super easy to get through and find what you need. The front of the door has what I consider to be true Southern charm with the faux balcony. Love it!!!

Quite a surprise to have a liquor store beside your favorite restaurant.The wine and liquors options are nice.We bought a bottle of Rum and a Bourbon.The reason I am leaving ine star out is because the person in the cashier didn't have the knowledge expected for the job.Perhaps more training is needed, and the best training is to have a sip of each product, make research about it in order to provide answers to customers.

What i liked most was the friendly and most precise help i got at the Publix liquor there. The staff knew exactly what i was looking for and took me straight to it. I am from Lakeland (home office of publix) and was just passing through ,and am used to great service from publix, but that publix liquor really has their ducks in a row.

The meat department at this location is never very good. The selection and quality is only mediocre. The deli is not bad but it's always best to mobile order. I drive to the Publix near hobby lobby now because they always have what I'm looking for.
