I highly recommend Prata Jewelers for any repair work that you need done on your jewelry. All work is done on premises, the workmanship is superb & prices are very reasonable. I'm so happy to have found them! And although their showroom is small, the selection of fine jewelry & watches is nice. The attached photo are all the rings that I had repaired. They had been sitting in a box for years needing attention to be wearable again. Now they look brand new!

I’ll never go anywhere else. The beautiful Nicole Prata sent me here and I traveled all the way from Atlantic Beach in Jacksonville and let me tell you it was MORE than worth it!! Took them only about 3 business days to clean my pieces and shorten a necklace. Their work is INCREDIBLE and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my family jewelry. THANK YOU PRATA FAMILY!!!!!

The service was quick and efficient. It was the first time that I was in the store. My only downside was trying to find the store. But after several phone calls for directions I arrived. The owner informed me that they had been at the same place many years (?) Years. However I found the signage insignificant for a first time customer. Nonetheless service was top notch as was pricing. Thank you. Now that I know where you are located I should have no difficulty.

I walked in and had a couple watch bands replaced, it was very quick. The gentleman was professional and had a nice personality. Store was clean, well lit and stocked. A nice atmosphere, ill go back again.

I took my older Seiko watch into this jeweler in Palm Coast to see if it could be fixed, it has sentimental value. He looked at the watch kinda with disdain, made me feel bad ...he was a bit rude but said he could fix it. He never called me back so I went back to the store weeks later. I guess his son got the watch for me. Cost me 89 bucks. Long story short, the watch worked for 2 days. Hasn't worked since. What a waste of 89.00. Guess my lil ole watch wasn't pricey enough. I'll never go there again

Excellent work great customer service, had a cracked screen on the face of my watch, he repaired in like 5 minutes. My watch looks brand new once again. Will recommend to everyone.

I brought a 1K diamond engagement ring that was in a 14K white gold setting also another small pile of gold I was offered $251.00.I realize my engagement ring from 23 years ago wasn't worth a fortune but I got double Prata's price on the other side of town. I think the worst part was him looking down on me, literally just the disgust in his face!
