Walked through the doors, only 1 elderly customer already there who was having his financials shouted throughout the bank at the greeting desk by who appeared to be the manager. Tellers were still closed (about 9:30) and 2 bankers in offices with no clients. The Manager finished up with the client but then told me to stay far away as she was sick. I noted that she shouldn't be in the bank or at least wearing a mask if she's truly ill and that the elderly man she just shouted at for 10 mins would have probably appreciated knowing she was ill. After being there about 20 mins all 3 women working in offices at the bank advised they didn't have time to help me now and I could go online to do it. There was no one else in the bank but 4 workers and me. Even after pointing out that no one else was there and I already had a checking acct and just needed a basic savings set up, still advised they just didn't have the time. I'll be finding a friendly local bank as it seems these national chain banks are just phoning it in when it comes to quality. FYI, called cust serv today too to get my "POD - Pay on Death" name off my bank statements and according to CS Rep, they can't do that and I would need to turn off auto order of checks or my checks will be printed with the POD Name on them as well. The rep was a smartas5 and said apparently it's too hard for our IT to program statements and checks be printed without all names that we have on your system plaquered (?). It appears the reps know that no one is listening to calls for quality assurance purposes either at PNC.

Went there twice. The first time, they checked us in and asked us to wait, no problem. More than one hour later....we are approached and told they dont have enough time to open an account because they have been doing system maintenance, and we need to come back another day. Question...did you know you were doing system maintenance before we got there? Now, in fairness...the fact that we came back is shame on me..... We came back on Tuesday morning, and they signed us in. Again, we waited.... more than an hour later, an employee comes to tell us that their appointments are taking a little bit, and they dont think they can help us. Can you come back? By far, the worst/nonexistent customer service and most disrespectful waste of our time. I suppose I should actually thank you. When we were so disgusted by the way we were treated twice by your branch, we went to Capital City bank. We were greeted immediately, signed in and services completed in less than 30 minutes! If you are looking for a better way to bank, you might want to consider. PNC can definitely learn from them

I tried to call the this branch and the phone just rings. I let it ring 50 times before I hung up and went personally to the bank. I told them about their phone and she acted like she didn't care. I have other issues but it's enough to say it with the 1 star I'm giving them.

An appointment is necessary for doing banking business other than at the teller. This is very inconvenient

All of the staff here are so friendly and knowledgeable! Christine took the extra time to set up a Guardianship account for me to care for a family member, and helped me to understand all the details, as I was a newly-Court-Appointed Guardian. I will be forever grateful to her.

Walked into this branch to open a business account, saw that the staff was busy so we sat in the waiting area. Not one person acknowledged us for almost 20 min. When one of the office staff became available, we went over and told her what we needed and she said the manager has to do that, went back to her computer..no further assistance. So we sat again to wait. One of the tellers finally asked us what we needed, we told her (mind you, they were not busy and this was her first acknowledgment of us) she told us that the manager was in a meeting and that she had another one after and offered to take our number to schedule something for another day, we left and walked to the Wells Fargo across the parking lot where we were greeted immediately and were told that they would be right with us, then another employee also asked us if they could assist...all in less than 5 minutes

The employee's are always very friendly but the pnc app is horrible. It always changing and seems to be "unavailable" quite a lot. Been with pnc for 10+ yrs but makes me want to change banks.

This branch is the best. The people are all very professional and friendly. We had a little bump in the road on a transaction and everyone worked very hard to make it happen as it should. We then received a phone call from three different people following up to make sure everything went through. James, Katelyn and Daisy are the best.
