They wouldn’t take our senior dog without rabies vaccine. Understandable. So after waiting 48 hrs post vaccine, they then denied us service without a vet check first, since he has a distant medical history with no current issues (he was released from care 7 yrs ago). Wish they would’ve told us that before we stressed him out to get there.

Excellent staff - friendly and professional. They bonded with our dog and were genuine in doing so. I'm impressed and will now continue to come here instead.

I have taken my dog, who is 11, to various Petco locations throughout the US. This is the first time I can recall where I was told that they could not cut his nails because he was a biter. He is a yelper, but not a biter. I was charged for a nail trim because "it's part of the package." I also asked for a sanitary, which was minimal if it was done at all. I looked at other reviews and saw similar comments. The manager didn't seem to care when I called and she was the one that "groomed" him. Maybe she's the one with nerves. No idea. I will not return.

Took my pup here for a bath and nail cut. As soon as I got to the counter the older lady said to me five dogs have bit us today we're not having a good day here. Nevertheless I still check my puppy in for a bath and then informed her that my dog was quite friendly and used to getting her nails trimmed. She told me the job take an hour she called me back 35 minutes later telling me to come back and get my dog she could not continue nail clipping my dog tried to bite her and followed up by saying I need to hurry and get back. I arrive back to the store about 10 minutes later took my pup got in the car went to pick up my toddler from school. I realize that the pup was bleeding out all over the backseat all over the toddler because apparently she had been nipped quite deep. It's my first time visiting this store as well as the grooming department. I would definitely not recommend. No one in the store appears to be happy the clerk will check in my puppy and appear to be quite distressed. And my pup suffered the cost.

So took my dog max into get a bath and nails clipped and 2hrs and $54 later this is the result....Excellent Work.Great Attention to detail.

I was pleased with how kind the groomer was with my dog. She sat on the floor to put her at ease while buffing her nails. I have found that any time I bring my baby to the groomer for her nails, each and every groomer is sweet and friendly and takes care of my little girl as though she were their own!

The groomer Darla was very patient and did a wonderful job of grooming our goldendoodle puppy. It was the first time he was groomed so it was definitely a challenge but Darla handled him with care.

They always do a wonderful job grooming my dog Kai, they are also very affordable and I really like the convenience of online appointment bookings.

My little girl was seen by others elsewhere and i was not happy with the results. (Shes a mini goldendoodle) until i talked with the only person i now trust with her care, Darla. I questioned the heck out of Darla if she knew how to groom a Goldendoodle. After Darla assured me she did, sye proved it. As soon as i seen my baby, i asked Darla to make it a monthly thing. I now will trust no one or any other place with Daisy Mae's grooming. She comes home and you can see by her maneurisms she was totally spoiled. I would gave given 11's. But your system only lets me choose up to 10. Lol

The groomer did a great job, she verified with me what type of cut I wanted for my Goldendoodle. She was very friendly and skilled.

Darla was excellent, she did a fantastic job on my dog Karma. The only thing that I didn't like was that I had to pay before actually seeing my dog and that is when they asked if I wanted to tip the groomer. I left a nice tip and after seeing Karma I was very happy, but this could have turned out badly if she had done a bad job.

We were in Palm Coast for the month and needed to get our dog groomed. Darla at Petco was awesome! She was super friendly, loved on our dog so well, and did such a great job with the services for him! I don’t think he’s ever been so clean, soft, and shiny! And the de-shedding service really worked! I wish we had a Darla in NC—we would make our visit a regular one!!
