Did not fix what he broke. Left car in pieces unable to drive and did not return to make good on his promise to repair. He in fact returned to tell us that since he is not responsible and did not break our hood release, that was working prior to the radiator work he was paid for, he changed his mind and is not responsible for finishing the job. He also said the F word while my special needs son was in the other room when I told him that my attorney will decide what he us responsible for. He stated that he has to take apart every thing he has done, (radiator and thermostat was the work he was paid $1250 for) and that he would return to repair the broken cable that happened to break as he was trying to open the hood AFTER the new radiator was still overheating and before he replaced the thermostat. He also refused to give us an invoice and a warranty. This was the worst experience of my life. Oh he also stated that I must be special needs as well. Update: Paul returned today to "fix the problem" it did not work and unfortunately we now have damage to the front end of the vehicle. We did find some of the pieces in our yard. We will be getting an estimate from another mechanic to sue for the damages. A complaint has been filed with the BBB. I wish I had just paid for the tow. Lesson learned.

Dead battery with car parked behind 2cd car on Sunday. Paul picked up new battery frm O'REILLY's, came to my house and replaced the battery. kew exactly what do with removing all the parts concealing the battery, not an easy job on a 2020 Ford Explorer. Prompt, courteous, knowledgeableI would recommend Paul, 5 STARS!

Paul diagnosed and replaced a faulty starter motor on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. He was upfront about pricing, and the repair went smoothly. Also a nice guy to chat with to boot.I'd hire Paul again for sure. The convenience of his mobile service is pretty hard to beat.

It pains me to even have to click that one star!My parents who are seniors called him for a brake job. After starting the job he told them it would be $1,000 dollars. They told him they could not afford that. Paul began yelling at the top of his lungs and picked a very large wrench up over his head and went towards my mother. He then began calling her a C—t and a wh—-e. My step dad moved her away and he then went towards him in the same aggressive manner. They both are in their 70s and have a heart condition and were seriously scared for their life.The Flagler Beach police were called. They chose not to press charges out of fear of retaliation but a no trespass order was issued.Beware he is not only ripping off seniors but has a violent temper!

Paul arrived shortly after being called. Customer service was top notch! Was quick and fast with the service as well. Definitely recommend Paul to anyone who needs some car help.

Cannot say enough good things about Paul! After a bumper accident he reattached the wiring to my headlight and put my bumper back together so I could drive! Big job! Needed to have the brakes replaced on my fifth wheel RV. This job is a ‘no brainer’ for someone with Paul’s skill and experience. What stood out was his willingness to collaborate with me beforehand, discussing which parts to have on hand, etc. When we finalized the date, he said he’d be there ‘first thing’. He wasn’t kidding. Especially impressive since I knew he’d been on a job until very late the night before. We instantly built great rapport, a credit to his people skills and positive attitude. All of his great reviews say it all. He knows what the hell he’s doing. He’s a ‘giver’, not a ‘taker’. A great human being. Thanks, Paul, and all the best to you!

Don't be surprised if he quotes you a price and then changes (raises) it upon arrival, although he knew it before he ever left to come to your location. That is what he did. If my wife had not been anxious to get it (window repair) done I would have sent him away. Was respectful, efficient, and professional.Services: Auto side window replacement

Paul is awesome! He came out to us and had us rolling in no time. We were stuck in Palm Coast, had to be back in Jax by the next day for work, a real life saver and a great guy. I'd give 10 stars if I could!
