I recently moved to Palm Coast and ladies, as we all know, nail salons are everywhere in FL but a good one is hard to find. Everyone is very nice, professional, clean salon, top notch products. If you have “nail issues”, like I do, they take that into consideration and adjust services according to your needs. Thank you Katie ? My new place 100%!

I walked in for an acrylic nail fill and repair as one nail fell off from a previous job. I was a walk in appointment, so I simply asked if there was availability for this type of appointment. I also specified I wanted nail art and showed a picture to the nail tech of the design. She said they have time for this, asked me to sit in a chair, and someone will come shortly to work with me. A nice man arrived and began filing the polish off my nails. He was being firm with it, so it was burning my finger nails so I indicated politely that it’s hurting me. He adjusted, but seemed a bit rushed. I continued to show the image to this new person of what I want, and without questions of changes to shape or requests of length, he starts filing and shaving my nails down to nubs. Then he asks if I like it. I tell him no, this not what I want. Can we fix it? He starts speaking to the original tech at the counter with whom I was originally transcribing, and she replies that there is no longer time for my appointment and tells me to move to the waiting room to wait or get out. I, confused, ask why, as I just sat down for a matter of 5 minutes for this person to shave my polish and trim my nails. The reply I received was that because I was too concerned with the appearance of the product, they don’t have time for my appointment.
Bottom line: if you care about the result of your manicure, don’t go to this place. They don’t care about your business, don’t have good customer service, and clearly don’t care about your time. You will end up spending your hard earned money on a botch job and leave angry.
The outcome of my appointment if anyone cares: I was able to wait for another tech after surprisingly needing to defend myself for a seat. The tech I was switched to was nice and polite. However, she kept coming up with excuses as to why my acrylic nails came out thick and lumpy. The nail that was repaired is currently loose and I have only had it on for three hours.

Great atmosphere, very nice people. I’m a stickler when in comes to my nails my nail tech after ten years recently retired and i’ve had a hard time finding anyone to actually do a great job and care! David was my nail tech and i’m sure will be my nail tech until he retires! I LOVEE my nails!!

Made an appointment. 10 minutes after the appointment time still not called. Someone walks in without an appointment and they immediately tend to her. I walk out and say I'm cancelling my appt. They call me while I'm walking to my car. Too little, too late. Will never go there again.

I’ve been here a few times and I’m debating if I’ll be back again. The service was good the first couple times, but I’ve been getting less quality the last couple times. The woman I had at first was good. I wish I knew her name. But I’ve had a couple others since then who seemed to rush, so I didn’t get the quality of pedicure I paid for. This last time I went, I also got a manicure and the gel polish started chipping after 2 days. The salon is clean and everyone has been very friendly, but I need them to care more about the service they provide to customers.

I’ve been going to Palm nails for 3 years since moving to Palm coast. At first, I loved going there. Price isn’t bad and I enjoyed talking to Bon whenever I went. The last few times I had gone, the work felt rushed. It was uneven and didn’t feel like I was getting my moneys worth but I’m not the type of person to make a fuss. However, my most recent visit will probably be my last. I explained to Bon I had a wedding the same day I got my nails done and asked for a sharp French set with a rhinestone on one finger each hand. Pictures is what I got, and yes, took those same day.
Update: Gave the salon another shot and recently had been going to David. (He’s an incredible nail tech, did so great!!) I called them yesterday morning and said I just wanted my acrylics off and a strengthening manicure for my real nails because they’d grown out so much. They said “oh, well, we don’t take appointments for that, so just walk in.” Well, I walked in after work. They tell me “we are too busy, come back during the week.” Which I went on a Thursday…. So what, I’d have to come back Monday?? I explained I tried to make an appointment and was told you don’t take appointments for that, and the owner blew me off to go check on pedicures being done after repeating to come back another day.

Waited about 2 hours for David to become available!!! It was MOST DEFINITELY worth the wait! He did OUTSTANDING! I have never had anyone ever do my nails to be almost identical to the picture I bring! He was very gentle and didn’t rush through it at all! I will be coming back again and again! I have finally found my nail salon! ? Thank You So Much! ?
Specialties: I feel like David could most likely do ANY design you throw at him!

Always a great experience at Palm Nails. Staff (Paulena) is accommodating, friendly, and creative. The location is clean and open so you feel like you have your personal space and attention from the staff. Tons of services offered, multiple brands and colors for polish. Would not choose any other place to have a pedicure and nails done in Flagler County.

This nail salon is clean but the service is dirty. Customer service, experience, and professionalism doesn’t exist from the leadership to the technicians. I’ve tried them a couple of times because this is considered the premier salon in Palm Coast, but my feet and hands look like a child polished them. Spend your time and money elsewhere.
