Went to buy a part today, a hose. $107.99. No problem paying full price... however... they said they price match. Found exact one at autozone. $62.99, same part number gates belt.... wait... is warranty the same? Yes.... ok price match... wait the local store must have it in stock... local is not, but orange city is... I would have went there if oreileys didnt have it in stock.
These guys did everything they could to not price match.... very shady... dont say you will do something then do all you can not to do it. I had no intentions of a price match, but it was offered. The guy at the counter was set to honor it until the guy came from outside and said local store must have it in stock. No more business from me, too shady. Never had a problem at this store before, but they never made it a point to tell me they price match either.

I went here today and there was an employee there with his big dog in the store and he was being extremely rude to another co worker in front of me and other customers and that was a very unpleasant experience for everyone. Not good customer service from this guy (with the dog) I don’t mind the dog being there because he was a nice cutie, but the guy can stay home.

Every time I go in, the staff is super helpful and friendly. I know nothing about fixing cars and they have never made me feel bad about myself. They graciously explain things, without any condescension.
