Response to response from owner: while i truly appreciate that you tried to get me out as soon as possible because you saw i had a baby, that does not have anything to do with why i was disappointed. Your nail tech that you asked to fix them was not happy about being asked to fix my nails which led to a very awkward encounter and made it uncomfortable. Also my nails chipped again the next day which was extremely frustrating. Thank you for offering a free manicure but i really don’t want to come back a third time. Wish you guys the best!
Went in to get my nails fixed because they chipped, next day they were chipped again (one of them was the same nail!!) When i went to get my nail fixed it was by the young girl that sits next to the register with curly hair. She was totally miserable and didn’t seem like she wanted to fix my nails. It was extremely awkward the whole time. The owner, i think, was apologetic for my nails chipping, but that doesn’t save me the energy of going back. I’m pretty sure they dilute the polish or something because I’ve never had my nails chip this quick or easy. Will not be going back

I have gone to other nail salons in palmcoast. Here they are great peo she is a gem takes very good care of me my nails always look great she does an excellent pedicure I highly recommend her I have also seen Joseph who is excellent also with SNS I would recommend this saloon to everyone ps. The prices also very reasonable

Great place to get your hands and feet looking their Best!! Staff is very, very nice. Always willing to help customers pick a color. I enjoy the atmosphere in the salon when I am there.
Specialties: They create spectacular nail designs. Whatever you are looking for, they can create it.
Cleanliness: Salon is always clean.

Never coming back. After been waiting 25 min for someone to do my pedicure they were taking people that arrived after me first until i say somrthing. They dont have organization at all. Then nobody wants to do a manicure, arguing why this person dont do it or the other one , its very anoying and make me feel wierd. Then wait another 20 min to get the eyebrows done. Like its free!! Im paying for the services. Worts costumer services ever in a nail place.

I called Wednesday to schedule an appointment with Lena as a new customer. I told her that I wanted a pink and blue ombré. She told me to text her a pic and I did. She never responded to it. I showed up a 0915 hrs for my appointment. My name was scratched out of the appointment book. Lena was called by an employee. She told me that doesn’t know how to do ombré! I’m still trying to comprehend this. How are you a nail tech and not know how to apply an ombré? She had my number. She had my number. She could have told me. I told the owner that I’m going some other place. All I got was sorry! Very unprofessional.
I have been wanting to come to your business for a while due to several bad experiences. I really appreciate the apology. Unfortunately, I have decided not to return to your spa. I went to another nail spa. Thank you for your apology. I will accept it.

I came here to get my nails done for the first time in my life. I was able to come because it was my birthday. I brought my mom, sister, and sister-in-law. I was scared my nails would be ruined. When we pulled up, they were jammed packed. They were obviously good from the first look. Their facility is very welcoming and the staff immediently greeted us, and despite being packed they took my sister and mom to the pedicure area immediently and got their ladies to start their services. Me and my sister in law wanted full sets. Terry did my sister in laws nails and I waited. They turned out AMAZING and the French tips were perfect. She listened when she asked for a shorter version of the picture she gave her. Terry replicated the picture beautifully and even shortened them to my sister in laws liking. Then it was my turn. Terry was professional, friendly, welcoming gentle, and I got exactly what I wanted which wad my reference picture but shorter length. My mom and sister walked out with beautiful beach-ready pedis. We all walked out with smiles on our faces and beautiful nails. The prices were very good compared to competitors. All four of us got our gorgeous nails for a total of 205 dollars. (No tip)
Not only that, but they helped me decide where to eat for dinner since I was away from home. We went to dinner at Wild Ginger, a place they reccomended. It was AMAZING. The entire family enjoyed their food and experience.
If you want a friendly place to get your nails done, come to Nails and Co. Phenomenal customer service and nails.

My mom and I went to get our nails done as a little get together to catch up. Walk in appointment only about a 30 minute wait..started my acrylic French tip nails at 4:15 ended about 4:45-5:00. My mom got a polish over her natural nail was only $10.00 for my acrylics with nails tip it was $55.00 in total $65.00..overall amazing service definitely coming again!

Peo and Terri were incredible! Peo did my Mani/Pedi and was fast, professional and is the nicest person you can ever meet! Peo- you have a LIFELONG customer! Terri is AWESOME. She did my waxing and was a superstar. Her customer service and care for her customer is OUTSTANDING. I want to mention the pricing. BEST prices, services and cleanliness in Palm Coast! FIVE STARS!! Thank you, Peo and Terri!

I would never hands down come back here. The foot or hand massage was not it. And they couldn’t bother to paint my whole toenail. For the money at cost of me, it was not worth it. I’ll just do mine at home. I feel like you should learn how to focus on certain things that people like. Not rushing them out the door.

They are amazing so friendly I just got my nails done and they are ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!! Ask for Terri or Megan while your there you won't regret it! There pretty cheap too ❤️
