Horrendous service! Vivian is the owner with her husband Tom in the Old Kings Road location. I was in between appointments and my nails were chipping, so I walked in, and asked Vivian if I could get the gel removed off my hands. She abruptly and rudely asked "just removal? You don't want a manicure or another service?" And I told her I was in a rush and will have to come back another time, and that I just needed my gel removed for right now. She almost seemed offended. Rudely told me to sit down and that it's going to cost me $10 only cash. I mentioned to her that I wasn't carrying cash on me and didn't realize they don't take credit cards for a $10 transaction. She said did not even reply to me. I asked her if she could help me out this once, and that it was my not first time there. I got a simple NO. I walked out and told her well thank you for your business but you won't be seeing me anymore. I WAS SHOCKED AND THROWN OFF by the treatment I got. And the only thing I did was walk in to give her business. Charge me a transaction fee, come up with a solution, and say it with a smile. So many nail salons in Palm coast, she obviously doesn't value the business given to her. Obviously she didn't remember me, but just shows how her "kindness" with clients does not come from a genuine place. Because if you catch her on a bad day, watch out.

My parents and I have coming here for at least 5 years. As a matter of fact, we know Solena; one of the manicurists, when she had a shop at St Joe's Plaza. if anyone is curious of where it used to be, it was next to "Palm Coast Pet Groomers."

terrible results. I was switched off to two different techs, ending up with the a male tech who rushed through the service of applying a full set. The polish job is sloppy and the nails are way too thick. Will not return.

Horrendous service. My pedicure was done so poorly. No cuticle oil and barely took care of my cuticles. Wasn't paying attention and only put lotion on one of my legs! Cuticles ended up sticking out so bad from my toes that the first time he painted them looked awful and I had to ask him to do them over completely. Still doesn't look great with missing spots and cuticles clearly not cleaned. The manicure was just as much of a mess. No cuticle oil, no lotion during the hand massage which honestly just hurt, and the final finish looks incomplete and sloppy. Will NOT be returning.

Denied service to gay people. When the manager came, the gentlemen attempted to tell their side of the story, asking if it's a store policy, they were cut off and told, "That's the end of the story. We don't have to do business to anybody we don't want to. If you stay, we're going to call the police for you trespassing." When they informed him that he was being discriminatory, the manager agreed and that he has the right to discriminate against anyone because this is a private business, and, it's ok to discriminate against people. Some people place importance on stereotyping, and, imposing order and predictability in the world. For whatever reason, they feel the need to maintain categorization so strongly that they feel uncomfortable providing services equally to all, regardless of race or gender. People like these make the world a horrible place. See for yourself:

Brought my teenaged daughter here for one last girls day before school. They kept leaving me to do someone's nails, polish job was sloppy, worst pedicure I've ever had. I understand if they get busy and need to step away, but SAY SOMETHING clearly enough for your customers to understand you! We will not return here even though it is the most convenient location for us.
