“My phone was having problems charging, went into UBreakiFix in Palm Coast and was greeted by Lacy. She said my charge port needed to be cleaned out and that it was a simple fix. She was back within 5 minutes and the problem was solved. She told me she also is referred to as the "Midget" but to me she is a "Giant" for the quick/responsive customer service she provided me today.”

“Such a great experience!! Amber was EXTREMELY friendly and personal with me and my partner. I was scared to go into the store because I didn't want to get haggled and kept there for hours on end trying to be sold something I was not interested in. But amber was considerate of our time and got us through the entire process in maybe 30 minutes! She brought out and showed me all of my different options with their pros and cons. I ended up getting the iPhone 14 pro max and I couldn't be happier. To top it off she even offered to put the screen protector on for me. Obviously I don't need another phone now but the service was so great I would go there just for fun. 10/10 experience thank you again amber :)”
