Mister Car Wash is usually super fast and I love their vacuum station. Had a problem there and recommend it. The price is not bad and I have a black car so I often have to wash it so the price is perfect.

This car wash is good but the reason I gave it the score that I did was because 2 months after I purchased the unlimited car washes the price was increased.I will be canceling my membership.

If i could give this place a negative star on here, i would. The manager evan was rude and disrespectful to me after i told him that the carwash missed a whole section on my truck. The assistant manager came out to help and was actually helpful. This is literally the worst carwash I've ever seen. They also try to force you to leave a tip... dont even waste your time or money

Raised the prices for the members so we cancelled that, but we still go back time to time because it’s a decent wash. So, we needed a wash today and it’s 6pm - they’ve always closed at 7 but they’re definitely closed right now. I’m starting to see why there is less and less business there every time we drive by.

This Mister Car Wash has been going downhill for months. I tried to revisit today after a flop of a visit last month or so, and it just cemented that last time was not a fluke.Once again, the car wash did not actually wash the vehicle well leaving behind smudges and dirt (on mirrors, front end of all things, and even what I consider lighter dirt around the wheels). The employee guiding into the wash only sprays down one side of the vehicle/wheels as you go by. I miss when they used to have people there wiping it down on the way by.The vacuum station is consistently the worst part. I’ll take a shoddy wash to clear salt if it means I can clean the inside well. For the second visit in a row I’ve had to move parking spots to get a vacuum with any kind of suction. Now that doesn’t mean it doesn’t fall apart while using it, because this one did just like the first spots did. The air compressor nozzle also didn’t work at the first station, but luckily did at the second.My biggest complaint, is how they have 3 people working. 2 on the computers to hit the buttons for you and naturally sell a monthly subscription to the subpar wash, and one working the entrances of the wash itself. HOW can we have three people working, a very slow wash, and have nobody checking full trash cans, broken vacuum hoses and subpar suction? Make it make sense.I tried and tried, but I can’t say the same for this location. It’s time to throw in the towel on this wash for me and I suggest you also take your vehicles elsewhere.
