“Love this location but on 12/31/2024 there was a patient verbally attacking the young women at the desk I didn't even check in feeling unsafe with this woman's unstable behavior. The company should have security for people like this for the safety of employees and customers. I will try again today”

“Busy! They seem to be doing their very best to get to everyone. Lots of people in the waiting room. Quest has options for walk ins as well as appointments. They take the scheduled appointments on time then do their best to work others in. Today was something else and the reason they get 5 stars. Honestly the 5 stars goes to one of the phlebotomist. She opened the door to let the next patient in and was accosted by a woman who was standing there. Verbally accosted. The woman had been standing next to a patient portal iPad thing where people check in. She loudly complained to the phlebotomist that she couldn't check in. This dear phlebotomist said "mommy, what time was your appointment?" The way this lady yelled at the phlebotomist and the amazing way the phlebotomist professionally and very sweetly and kindly responded amazed everyone of the waiting room. You had to be there. The rude patient said my appointment was at 9:10. She was trying to check in at 9:31. The conversation continued, and the phlebotomist was sweet the entire time, and the patient was very rude on the verge of yelling. If I had been there security, I would've kicked that rude patient out. You could hear a pin drop. We were all just sort of watching this rude person, trying to warm her way to the front of the line even though she was 21 minutes late. The phlebotomist politely explained that their system has, a 10 minute grace. Worked in so if she had arrived within 10 minutes of her appointment, they could've still taken her but once a patient is more than 10 minutes late, the computer automatically switches them to the waitlist, and the phlebotomist do not have the ability to change that. The explanation seemed very reasonable to all of us were waiting, but the patient did not accept it. After the phlebotomist went back to work with the patient, she had come out to welcome, and after the rude patient and their spouse had left many comments went around the waiting room. Anyway, I was just very impressed with the way the phlebotomist handled everything politely didn't get riled up by this overly rude patient and as we were leaving, someone told me oh she's always wonderful. So that's why our family gives quest diagnostics on old Kings five stars.”
