It's advisable to negotiate with this individual before receiving services; otherwise, he may threaten to involve the police if you don't pay his charged amount. I was taken aback when he charged me twice the expected fee. When I politely asked him why he was charging me so much than my last visit, he immediately threatened to call the police. It was a frightening experience, and I felt completely powerless.

My hair stylist name is Chris. He was very personable, great customer service. Asked for my opinion before chopping my hair! Which was a nice difference. This trim will make my hair healthy again, thank you!

I called early this morning to see if Marcus could get me in, and he was so accommodating even after the eventful morning he had before I called.
I explained to him when I got there that I had been diagnosed with anemia and it's so bad my hairs falling out. He then said that's not an issue at all. I told him that I wanted a modern bob haircut, and once I sat down and talked about it further we both decided that a nice blunt bob would go better for my anemia, and we would thin it out since I had a head full of thick hair.
He made me feel so welcome, made my daughter feel so welcome, gave suggestions while keeping my suggested picture of what I wanted in mind.
He was so nice, and extremely helpful! Made me cry when I left, because of how happy I was with my new look and just the fact that my hair won't fall out as much anymore!
Phenomenal work, Marcus! Thank you for making my entire year! You have a new client ☺️

Marcus Tyler told me he can do butterfly cut. He even requested pictures which should have been my first red flag. My hair was approximately 18 to 24 inches in length. Framing my face it hung down to my chest it is now up to my upper lip and the man butchered my hair!! He then offered to fix it, refund my money and do my highlights that were supposed to have been done the day the haircut but that he didn't have time to do all for free. Now I'm severely disabled so I made an appointment to go see him to get my refund. When I arrived he ignored me and when he finally approached me he was yelling and told me I did not know how to style my hair!! Then he told me that I wasn't getting shit when I asked for my refund. This man is rude, crude disrespectful of the disabled and a general ass, oh and a hack! My advice is stay as far away from this so-called hair stylist as a matter of fact run for the Hills

Called this Morning and spoke with Marcus after searching in the area for a salon who could see clients Sundays( which can be hard to find) . I was not expecting to be seen today being it is Super Bowl Sunday AND Valentines in a couple of days.. Marcus referred me to his stylist Chris Tanner who got me in for today. (I was a bit skeptical because a lot of stylists are booked out.) Chris doesn’t use instagram and is a hidden gem. He did a fantastic Job on my hair and the salon has a wonderful Vibe to it. I did not feel rushed, and my hair turned out great! Thanks, Chris and Marcus!

I'm new to the area and needed my hair cut. I was a bit nervous as I have very long hair and didn't want a lot taken off. Chris got me right in and really listened to what I wanted, I love my hair cut! Thanks Chris! I'll definitely be back. I would highly recommend this place.

Sooooo satisfied with my hair! He did exactly what I wanted and gave me knowledge about my hair too! I had the best experience I have ever had in a salon! Marcus is top notch and so is his salon! Definitely give them a call for ALL your hair styles, colors, and types!
