Rooms are clean, but very dated. It looks like you walked into the 80’s. There are updated rooms but we are not in one. The beds are very firm. Great space, practical, roomy. Short drive to beach, 35 minutes to Daytona and St Augustine, lots of fun nearby and great trails. There were no leaks going in but when we used the tub, the faucet leaked annoyingly and we couldn’t stop it.Rooms: Old looking but clean.Nearby activities: Beach, trails

I’m not sure how other folks got an updated room, but we did not. The furniture was disgusting and I used the extra bedding to throw over everything so we could sit on them. The ceiling was falling apart in the main bathroom. The master bedroom window is not able to be completely covered. I tried adding a sheet to it. Still super bright with the exterior lights shining into the window. The party upstairs last night was an extra treat. The kitchen faucet screaming when you turn it on is entertaining. I almost forgot to mention the sliding glass doors that don't lock. It was a safety concern.

Have never had such a poor timeshare exchange with Interval International. This property should have been bulldozed. Nothing has ever been updated. Poorly equipped. II should not be offering this property. Owners should be ashamed at the poor furnishings, poorly stocked activities area, laughable fitness facilities.Rooms: Nothing has been updated, ever. Shocking state of units plus poorly equipped.

We stayed there for 10 days. Overall, it was a pleasant and quiet stay there.However, the apartments and the facilities are in need of renovation. In addition, the cleanliness, especially of the whirlpool, washing machine and carpets (unpleasant odors, dirty surfaces, unhygienic and strong smelling washing machine, dirty windows and doors) can be improved.

3rd time here and it won't be the last. This place is amazing with spacious rooms and several amenities. The rooms have cold air conditioning, and even the "dated" rooms are awesome. There's a game room, pool with a waterfall, and more. It's one of the best resorts in Palm Coast.Rooms: Spacious, well furnished.Nearby activities: Several things to do in the areaWalkability: Not very walkable

We were in town for a weekend and Legacy Resort was great. The rooms are a bit dated but very spacious and clean so I would not hesitate to recommend it. Staff was super friendly.Walkability: There are walking trails close by and the European Village shopping/dining is right across the street.

We found this place on our last vacation three years ago and definitely wanted to stay there again this time. It’s a condo/apartment as apposed to a hotel room. Feels like home.Rooms: Very clean and modern. Has everything you would need in the kitchen and even shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers in the shower. Spacious unit, apartment like. Could easily live there!Also large screened in covered porch with a great view.Noteworthy details: Close to everything, Beach, shopping and restaurants. Walking path to the Intercostal river, bike rental available. Beautiful pool with nice hot hot tub, game/lounge area and outdoor gas grills. Well maintained grounds with fountains and landscaping. Quiet and relaxing.

My $300 sonic toothbrush was stolen and management did nothing to solve the problem. I recommend booking elsewhere. I have called numerous times and spoken to nearly every person there to no avail. At this point I've given up hope and hope this review spares others from theft of their personal property. Who even wants a used toothbrush anyway. It was there the first day I called and gone after I said the value of it. That was my mistake.

This was our first stay with Legacy, but not our last. Clean, comfortable rooms and grounds as well as friendly and helpful staff made it a wonderful vacation.

We stayed here for an extended weekend and loved it. Will be coming back for a longer stay. Our room, though slightly on the older side was extremely comfortable and updated. Wifi worked good. We had a plumbing issue and maintenance was there within 5 minutes of reporting. Pool is very nice and there were several other amenities that we didn't get a chance to do. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

My first and last stay with Legacy. The room needs a deep cleaning. There was dirt, dust and mold in the unit. The ceiling was crumbling over spots.The room desperately needs an update which is the least of their problems. I can’t enjoy my stay when I don’t feel confident that housekeeping is doing their job. Also, front desk agents need better people management skills. When issues were brought to their attention the response was not my problem.Rooms: If you have low expectations for cleanliness then you will not be disappointed.

We have owned a timeshare week here for 30 years, and have had a few issues along the way. But, nothing comes close to what we experienced the 1st week of August.We spent the week with our grandkids in unit 13a, the absolute worst unit we have ever seen. We had to wait 2 hours after check-in time because housekeeping had not cleaned the unit yet, and what they did - we have no idea.The dust on the master headboard and the louver doors to the bathroom were so thick that they had not been cleaned for many MONTHS. The kitchen cabinets are crooked; the drawers do not slide correctly; the sliding glass doors had to be pulled to get them to open and close because of the caked-on dirt in the tracks; we found trash from guests that stayed there 2 months prior behind the tv cabinet; dirt was everywhere; and the unit was almost exactly like we saw the first time when we bought so many years ago - - same, tired furniture, tile floors with dirty grout, horribly filthy carpets. To top it all off, we tried to watch a tv program on our last night, and we couldn't. The flat screen kept turning on and off every 30-40 seconds.We are Insulted by Legacy for the very last time.Legacy, you need to make this right by us, and clean up your act. Your new CEO talks about being a certified B Corp, but you forgot about customer service and cleaning the units.This place is a travesty; a bad saga of issues across the years that continue. We are through with the Harbor Club in Palm Coast. Done! Legacy, fix this, clean up your act, and apologize to us. Then, make it right. You owe us that.

This is our first stay at the resort and will definitely be our last. The units are in desperate need of a deep clean and are very outdated. The evening front desk employee, Chrissy, is not interested in helping us. Everything brought to her attention was met with I cannot help you. She also said not my problem but got upset with me when I said the same back to her. The grounds are nice and obviously that is where they are spending their dollars. Sorry, but I can't recommend this resort. It makes we wonder if their other locations have the same issues.

Visited mid August with family.Check in was very quick, Samantha was the nicest and most friendly front desk attendant ever.We booked the premium double rooms, they were clean and spacious.The kitchen and bathroom were updated but you could still see parts of apartment that were olderThe pool was lovely, clean, we loved that it opened at 9am until 11pm.This was definitely good value for money spent.
