Under new management. Not the Orchid that it used to be. All new people and no conversations which made it feel like a morgue. One of the pleasures of going for a pedi is adult conversation, laughter, and to have an uplifting environment. My nail tech did a good job but looked like she did not enjoy working there. Now the search to find my former friendly nail peeps.

Sorry, I should have taken a picture but was on vacation and just was busy and forgot. The pedicure was good. polish is still doing well. As for the manicure not so well, polish was coming off before I even got off the plane, and after looking at my hands closely, the job just wasn't very good at all. Blotchy spots, missed spots, some areas completely missed when it came to being close to the edge where your skin meets the nail.

I went there last Friday was told they are under new management. All the old staff have been replaced. Day 3 after I got a dip powder my thumb came off. Day 4 another finger, Day 6 another one. I paid $50 and it did not last a week. I'll be looking for another nail salon now. So so disappointing! Never had this happen with the old staff. The tech obviously didn't know what he was doing.
Update-Went back yesterday and they did the nails over, and did not charge me. But that's the least they should've done. I shouldn't have had to go back in the 1st place. I'm glad they tried to make it right..

EDIT: As a long time loyal customer my daughter and I opted to stop in for 2 pedis today. We were greeted at the front and quickly sat down to get started. Pricilla did my daughters toes who opted for fire engine red and they had a fantastic time splashing the water everywhere ?. I got Leo, I was hesitant at first as he has never done my toes and his process of the volcano pedi steps is different than I have ever had. But I walk out today with straight French lines, straight cut toenails and calluses gone. Pricilla even took the time to follow us out and speak about our experience. As a loyal customer I will continue to make visits when needed and in the future maybe even apts so I can make sure her or Leo are available.
By far the worst experience ever! Told a 30 minute wait for 2 pedis and eyebrows. Turns into 5 more minutes 10 more minutes etc. sit down and opt for the volcano x2. This guy gets to work on my feet. In the process of doing them I have now been walked away from 7 times meanwhile 30 minutes into my pedicure my mother in law is sitting with her feet in cold water still waiting for someone. I was then pushed off on someone else to paint my toes.
I left with calluses on my feet still, all my toenails are different lengths, some are square some are round, the tiniest of white lines and my mil ended up getting a basic to catch up to me time wise.

$55 for a basic
$55 for volcano plus $15 for gel and $5 for French.
This place has turned into a joke coming from a loyal customer!

Great salon with Sunday hours. I love this place. My daughter and I got pedicures on Mother's Day. What a treat.

abusive hateful disgruntled is orchid nails bad vibes-quality is so low it's dangerous the nail tech Tri is the worst i've experienced

Dara did my nails and he did such a wonderful job! He checked with me multiple times throughout the session to see if it was something I was liking. I highly recommend coming here, everyone was very nice and they have great prices.

Amazing nails and experience!!! All the people there were friendly, chatty and made me and my now fiancée laugh! I am very picky about my nails and can say I will be going back during any time I’m in palm coast! ❤️

Jessica is so great! She takes her time ensuring that her work is done well and that the client is satisfied. She has a calm spirit, is not arrogant nor does she get attitude-y like nail techs can be sometimes. She really is a sweet girl and her workmanship speaks for itself. Because of Jessica, my mom and I will continue to get our services here.

This salon is under new ownership and it’s awesome. I came in one day, randomly because I had time to kill and my previous nail lady just wasn’t taking care of my nails as well as she did before, I gave it a try and kept coming back. These are amazing people who truly love what they do. I went back 3 times before leaving a review and I am a very picky client. When I’m dropping money on nails I want to make sure it’s done right and thoughtfully. Ask for Dara, he does his job meticulously well, and asks multiple times throughout the process to make sure you love what you are getting. This is also one of the few salons that give a reasonable discount for their services when you fill up their stamp card. They are even willing to stay past their closing time to make sure your nails are done right without a single bit of attitude. I’m glad I found this place and I will keep coming back, also who doesn’t love the fact that it’s located next to target and TJ MAX, perfect location for when you are running errands.Services: Foot massages

This is my first time here , I got my new full acrylic set with Dara , and let me tell you , He’s the BEST, my nails are beautiful, and he’s so nice and kind , he was very patient with me ? as I have sensitive cuticles, and the young lady at the reception was very nice as well !
