Even with appointment the kiosk is saying you don't have an appointment. Me and three people experienced this that day. We do have one the staff is dropping people because they are always short help. Take a screen shot of your appointment and they will have to take you.

This is one of the rudest facilities that I've been to in a while. unfortunately, my insurance covers lab Corp ,therefore i am susceptible to going to this establishment. The ladies are extremely rude and condescending. If you can go to another place, please do. Management needs to retrain their employees. If the workers don't like working there then they need to leave. Unprofessional and unfriendly environment

Yes, the employees are nice. However, there’s not enough chairs to sit these old, feeble people and there’s plenty of room to add chairs. The wait time is too long. Even with those that have appointments, have a long wait. Sad, sad.

Love this location but on 12/31/2024 there was a patient verbally attacking the young women at the desk I didn't even check in feeling unsafe with this woman's unstable behavior. The company should have security for people like this for the safety of employees and customers. I will try again today

I had Tan C. today-she was professional, pleasant, quick and painless. I am terrified of having blood taken and she was really awesome! So very thankful for her! I went to location in Palm Coast on Old kings

I have been to this location for 3 months .Tammy and staff were great . They were able to arrange services here ( I am from NY) . Schedule appt if you want to be seen on time . I have no complaints .Thanks staff !

I have been going to this location for over 3 years. I have to have my blood drawn every 6 months. I always make an appointment using the Labcorp app. It’s really a simple process to check-in using the Kiosk. After checking in, within 5-10 minutes Tan at the front desk calls me and verifies my doctor’s order. I have always found Tan to speak clearly, be friendly, and courteous. Over the past few years I have asked for Charlotte to draw my blood. Charlotte makes the experience the best that she can and is just good at what she does. Sorry to hear that Charlotte has now retired. ( hoping she will consider coming back ).

Giving this place 3 stars as I've had good and bad experiences here, depending on who is working the front desk. Some of the people at the front desk are friendly, but some are very rude and impatient. Sometimes I've been in and out quickly, but other times I have had to wait over an hour to be seen, even if I was one of the first people to arrive as soon as they opened in the morning.

Horrible experience. Tammie (the lady in the front desk) needs to be terminated from labcorp. She has the nastiest attitude and is verbally abusive to the patients. She absolutely is not fit to work at labcorp. I will never go to labcorp again because of this horrible human being. Does labcorp even care about their patients (customers)? Does anyone even read these reviews about customers experience or does labcorp simply not care? If they are allowing this behavior to continue from Tammie.

I wish I could rate this business 0 stars. The front desk lady, Tammy? Tammie? Tam?, should not be working with the public. She was an absolute monster to me and everyone who came in while I was waiting. She let everyone know “not to piss her off” as she was supposed to go home at 12:30 and it was past that time. Never again will I use Labcorp if they choose to continue to keep this woman employed.

We the people, demand the immediate resignation or termination of the front desk clerk Tammy(sp?) for the bullying of patients, because how dare they have two or more lab orders. She verbally assaulted my wife, Retired RN who is in extreme pain due to pending back surgery. This one is going to corporate office, because apparently Corporate doesn't care enough to read the dozens of bad reviews herein. Too bad there isn't a zero star as a rating.Update: after reading the reviews, it's clear we're not the only ones assaulted. I recommend everyone in here, file a complaint with the BBB. For the record.
