I enjoy shopping at Kohl’s and online as long as returns are fairly simple. I am new with the return process bc uli usually shop store. Returning associate was a little abrupt BUT I had a question about sizing and she was so helpful and warmed up! ? And then me too on my experience!! So I continued to shop, found something in their clean and organized store! Checkout person was great! Of course I will go back!
And it must add the talk fellow that was giving out greetings as we walked in was The Best! I wish u would have gotten his name for I didn’t get to check out with him but I think u heard his name was Tim!

I initially went into Kohl's to drop off a package for Amazon. However, I noticed some sale items and stopped to do some shopping. A sales person was very helpful in reminding me I could save considerably by using my Kohl's card. My purchase went smoothly. It was an enjoyable experience.

I used to shop at Kohl's when I was a salesman. After changing to another job field, I didn't need to dress up so I went from going 2to3 times a month to not going at all.
On 5/21 my wife and I was in the store shopping for our son a outfit for graduation. We found what we were looking for and more. Being in a hurry, I left but returned later.
My next purchase was a pair of Ray Ban glasses. As I had a hard time figuring out what pair I wanted, trying on multiple pair,I was never rushed. I received excellent customer service throughout the moment I entered the store.
I will definitely start back shopping there regularly.

Mixed experiences picking up my online order. They have a nifty pick up system however, the employees are vague when you have never been before. The self created lanes for services are clumped and not easily defined for those who are disabled. Then they get aggravated because Internet reception is off in the store and you have no idea where to go after being told by the cashier up front that pick up is "back there". Not impressed.

When applying for jobs at Kohls the manager put ppl in a conference room and interview you all to hear your private review. That is not professional at all please change that policies.
