No one ever got back to me. Some agency from Jacksonville took the call and said were filling in.. then gave me a freaking quote of $2900 for house insurance. Told them did not need hurricane insurance and was told could not get insurance unless have hurricane insurance. Then was told because my hot water heater in the garage is over 15 years old. No one would cover me. This insurance is such a rip off. They want 2900 for insurance. And I have to pay the 1st $6,000 plus. Terrible!!!

I rarely leave reviews, but I had to compliment the professionalism and personal touch that I received from Ms. Snell. I absolutely hate anything to do with purchasing insurance and Ms. Snell made it not only painless, but simple and quick. I purchased 4 policies and couldn't be happier. I highly recommend the Koch Insurance Agency, especially Ms. Snell. I will be a long time customer because of this.

Koch Insurance Agency is wonderful. They are so professional and very helpful. They truly want to help you get the best rates on insurance. We have had them help us for over 20 years. We currently have our home owners insurance and car insurance with them. We recently dealt with Megan in switching our insurance. She handled everything. We didn’t have to do anything which was nice. I definitely recommend them to anyone.

Called Friday morning looking to get a quote for Home Insurance. Had called a few folks my friends had suggested but they were non-responsive and not local. Waited three days for 2 of them to respond and nothing. Decided I needed someone local anyway and I was blessed with Haley Snell at Koch Insurance. It was pleasant to deal with Haley and by the time the phone conversation was over the deal was done. By the end of the day everything was signed, sealed and delivered. Very knowledgeable , professional and really seemed to care. Transferred my auto insurance over to her also. Will gladly do business again with Haley.

Insurance, something we all must have but is something we hate having to deal with... that is until I contacted Megan @Koch Insurance. Talk about a game changer. She is absolutely amazing! Personable, caring, professional, extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. She answered ALL my questions promptly and found me the best price on auto insurance that cut my previous carrier bill in half. She definitely knows her stuff.
