I highly recommend this jewelry store in Palm Coast. We recently upgraded my wedding ring. I love that Kay Jewelers gives the full credit of the original purchase when upgrading. The staff have continually provided excellent service when I've returned for cleanings or when I wanted to change the size of my ring.
