I ordered a new washing machine and pedestal from John’s Appliance and bedding. I was told that there would be a wait period of 2 to 3 weeks and that they would call me as soon as it came in. I did receive the phone call within the time promised. I they accommodated me on my days off in a timely manner to install. The installers actually arrived at my house earlier than promised, they unloaded and put together the machine out on the road. when they brought it in the house, it took just a few minutes to hook it up. I checked outside after they left and they had cleaned the road very well. I could find no debris left from where they had unpacked my order which involved two boxes! I was very happy with the service and the prices from John’s Appliance and bedding and will definitely continue to do business with this company.

We just bought a new Microwave here. Erik was great! We looked at other stores but couldn't find anyone to help us out, and if you did find someone they didn't know anything about the products we were looking at. Inventory is another issue! Not the case at John's Appliance.He had what we wanted at their warehouse and it should arrive the next day. Great guy to talk to and help you with your purchase.

The guys that delivered my bed were great. They do not have an easy job and after a long day of delivering different items, they were still very nice, funny and professional.

As an owner of a large real estate development, construction and management company for 40+ years, I’m not easy to satisfy. However, Randy at Palm Coast has exceeded all expectations. Randy was knowledgeable, efficient, and personable. I cannot imagine how successful John’s Appliances would be if it had five “Randy’s” working at their store(s). From a possible interest in an LG washer and dryer, based on Randy’s recommendations, we ended up purchasing a new GE Washer and Dryer, a Thermador combination Microwave/Oven, a Bosch Dishwasher (Benchmark), and a 36” Thermador gas cooktop. Randy made it easy to spend $15,000 on new appliances. The delivery and setup by John's employees was also very, very good. Instead of dealing with subcontractors , employed personnel were used and it was obvious they were proud to represent John’s. Bravo from a new, but customer forever!

I am so glad I purchased my appliances from John's rather than the big box stores. Randy was very knowledgeable, never pushy, and took his time guiding me through the process of selecting the best appliances for my budget. The deliver crew was courteous, efficient, and answered all my questions. I highly recommend John's Appliance.

Bought a mattress from the store in Palm Coast. It’s been about 1 1/2 yrs and mattress is broken down on one side, sagging etc. it’s been this way about 6 mths. Called store they referred me to the guy who handles that. The fact that they have a guy that handles that is concerning. I mean how many bad mattresses have been sold? They said they couldn’t do anything and that the manufacturer was my only option. Mattress has a small coffee stain and the manufacturer won’t do a thing. So John’s doesn’t stand by the product. Do not buy a mattress here. They are junk. I’ve bought several things from them but never again. Nor will I recommend them. They should have stood by the product they sold and promoted.

We wanted to try to do business with a local business so we tried John's. There was only one salesman when we arrived and he had other customers. We let him know we would look around. When he got to us we explained what we needed. He pushed a specific brand of washer and dryer almost like all the rest were junk. The displays were kind of shabby looking. There were items in scratch and dent but hardly discounted. We did put an estimate together. We ended up comparing it to a big box store who offered much deeper discounts.

We bought our appliances for a new house from the Palm Coast location. Erik was our salesman and he was great to deal with. We were very happy with the total price for all the appliances.After delivery, the refrigerator had an issue with the water dispenser and I called the service department and the ladies who set up the service call were outstanding to deal with, friendly and very efficient in setting up the repair.Jimmy was the service technician who came out to the residence and diagnosed the issue and came back with the part to fix it. The refrigerator works perfect and we want to say thank you to John's Appliance for making the purchase easy and standing behind the products they sell.
