This store Rocks. Bought my husband a General Green Very large tool box and it was all hands on deck to help load it. Ladies and Gentlemen helped. Great Customer Service with smiles. This is a big Part of why we choose Harbor Freight. ???????

Personally, I like Harbor Freight. I think the quality of tools there is good for the price and I always find what I want there. When you locate someone to help you, they're always friendly and helpful.

Do not go when Mike the GM is on site. I was attempting to return an unopened stool with receipt in hand. Mike forces customers to give their phone number in order to return anything. This goes against corporate’s policies. He flipped the receipt over and started to read from it saying it requires a phone number. I then read the back and no where does it state a phone number must be given. He openly lied to me and turned aggressive when I pointed it out. At no point did he attempt to scan our receipt or enter any information into the computer. I was not even given an option for a store credit. He further attempted to humiliate me in front of other customers in order to have me leave. I left and I called the corporate number. They were great and I was assured that the DISTRICT MANAGER handling it. I hope they will be educating Mike on how to handle this situation so we can return this stool without giving our personal phone number in a few days.

I called to ask if a product that was currently on sale was in stock since I was from another city about an hour away. After waiting on the phone for them to check they told me they had 52 of that product in stock! I was a bit schocked so I ask several more times to confirm, especially since I was coming from out of town. Had my three kids in the car and drove there just for them to tell me they can not find the product anywhere back there ?. These staff needs to be retrained. Waste of time.

$2,000 Pre-order about a month ago at my store and asked for the 56in box, Hutch, and side locker to be delivered to another store they said okay. No one called to update me about the order no way to track it or get updates was told three different delivery dates. Called the original Palm coast store today and they say two items the box and hutch are at the St.Augustine store so I rented a truck after work and went except they wouldn’t release a partial order but they had no problem pushing payment through. So I’m supposed to make payments on items I don’t know the condition of after shipping or anything you want my money but can’t give me the two items I’ve waited a month and a half for. I was pissed to say the least and the St.Augustine store manager wouldn’t help at all just said it’s policy well no one told me of the policy before purchase that should be voiced at purchase. And the manager told me the side locker is a month out so I called corporate and they tell me it’s a week out so they all really need to get it together and do better. Should’ve just went with the snap on yeah more money but customer service and convenience is way better.
