I'm so glad I found Stay Home Pet Sitting! Stephanie and her team are great, I can't recommend them enough. The initial meet and greet was super thorough, they took detailed notes, asked questions and really took time to get to know our routine. The visit notes and photos are always personalized and completed with care. The portal they use is really convenient and a great way to store instructions and communicate with the sitters, and they are very quick to respond. They really go above and beyond and I'm confident my cat is in good hands when I'm away!

I love Stay Home Pet Sitting! Stephanie, and all of her staff, are professional, caring, attentive, efficient, trustworthy, and friendly. They actually were able to coax my shy kitty out from under the bed, and she loved her sitters. Everyday, I received an update, with photos, about Ghost, and that put me at ease, knowing she was in good hands. Rest assured, I will be calling on them, again, for my October trip. Simply the best!

This is a really great company. During the in home consultation Stephanie took very detailed notes about how to care for my cat, where the trash room was located in the building, etc. She also asked important questions like how do we get tot you if the elevator breaks down. Because of that I made sure to get a key made for the stairs as well. I could really tell that she put a lot of thought into her intake process. They send detailed messages about their visits, and always show up. One time when the power went out, and they had to use the stairs, but they still got to my baby. My cat came into some health problems before an upcoming trip that I was to go on. She was very understanding, and communicative. I really appreciated it during that difficult time. I am so grateful for her business. It is worth it paying a bit more for a pet sitter to gain the peace of mind that your baby and home are in great hands. I would definitely recommend.

Our family, and business moved to Florida in 2008, and we began using the services of Happy at Home Pet Sitting right around that time for our precious pets while we had to leave town for short business trips back up North, many times. Fast forward to 2021, thanks to Happy at Home Pet Sitting, our family can finally leave town once again as we need to, with our minds completely at ease, with the unparalleled assistance of our house sitter, Diane, at Happy at Home Pet Sitting. So, even though we are currently able to travel 100% of the time with our Doberman, we are still able to benefit from their great line of services that they tailored to our very specific needs, and the incomparable Diane comes 3 times per week to check our house, the mail, water our beloved plants, along with a plethora of incredibly important extras that have absolutely changed everything for us. She is a lovely person, with excellent communication, and such amazing attention to every single detail, without fail. It is always the same excellent, consistent service, every single time, without fail. Thank you Diane and Happy at Home Pet Sitting! We look forward to a very long and happy relationship together!

Stephanie, Shannon & Lynn were fantastic with my dog, who was abandon as a pup and has separation anxiety. I could tell from the reports and photos that he was super excited to show them his routine. I would definitely recommend Stay Home Pet Sitting!

We have used Happy at Home Pet Sitting for several years, and they are wonderful - reliable, professional and super animal lovers. Diane and Shawna have been to our home, for dog walks, as well as pet sitting when we have had to travel. We look forward to the “daily news” they leave for us, as well as texts with pictures! We recently moved to the Flagler/Palm Coast area and were so relieved to have found a wonderful in home pet care business to care for our pets. We have used their services to care for our two kitties while we travel several times now, and can’t be more thrilled. Our cats love their pet sitter and it’s always wonderful to receive daily updates and pictures of our pets when we can’t be home. When I left for a few days to Austin to take care of a grieving relative, Benji became very anxious (especially when dad was at work). Provided we had our wedding reception in Houston later that week, we decided to get a dog friendly air bnb and bring the pup along. Stephanie helped put a lot of our concerns to rest by helping us find a dog sitter on such short notice. Kelly was able to dog sit for 4 hours. Benji had a wonderful time! She kept us updated with pics and their time spent together, and Ben's demeanor when we got home was as carefree as ever. We are so glad we used their services! 10/10 recommend!!!

We left our cat, dog and plants in their care for a long weekend. Stephanie made a personal visit a couple weeks before we left. She met our dog and cat and asked such good questions until she felt she understood their needs. We received photos from each visit which was great. However, the visit report notes sent to us communicated the obvious understanding and really knowing our pets. We are hooked and will be reserving their services again.

The team at Stay Home Pet Sitting took care of our three kitties while we were out of town - they were excellent! Love getting the daily reports and pics. They did a great job communicating - starting with the first call through checking in with us the day after our return. Our kitties did even seem to mind that we were gone and we have one who is usually cranky with us upon return but she was fine. Highly recommend them and will definitely use again.

Stephanie and her team are the absolute best and have been irreplaceable for me. They are incredibly professional, thorough and so caring about the pets they look after. They have been taking care of my cat for several years now, and I always know she is safe when I travel. They have a great app too allow for easy scheduling and payments. But the best part is daily updates that I would get about my cat, with pictures! Highly recommend!

I can't believe we were so fortunate to find this kind of care for our baby! Stephanie and her staff are fantastic and incredibly detail oriented, starting from the first meeting. Stephanie takes the time to come to your home, watches your regular routine with your baby and takes diligent notes so she and her staff can recreate it while they take care of them. We were impressed from the get go. During our trip, we received multiple updates with pictures throughout the day, and it made our day so great to see how happy and spoiled our puppy was back home in the hands of Stephanie and Angela! Our pup is slightly difficult in that he's slightly blind and diabetic requiring insulin shots, but this was no problem at all for Stephanie and Angela. We truly had an amazing vacation and we owe it all to Angela and Stephanie taking such great care of our baby back at home. This will always be our go to pet sitters! Look no further than here, you'll be extremely comfortable and at ease that your pets are in the best hands!
