Samantha is a real professional. She took me when it was time for her to leave for the night. I always wanted the hair cut I finally got! I can tell she likes cutting hair. Ive had many bad hair cuts or hair cuts i didnt ask for. I will return to see Samantha again!

My husband came back looking like Hellen Keller cut his hair. I have never seen a worse haircut in a man. Horrible, rotten, garbage place.

Went in for a haircut. They have a great process to check in on line, then drive over so there's no waiting...Chelsea was the stylist assigned to me and she did an awesome job! Was very cool to see someone take their time and anticipate how my hair would grow out and cut it so it didn't look like the mess it was when I walked in next time. Truly cared about how the haircut looked. She's someone who applies her skill thoughtfully so her customers are happy. Great experience!

My most recent visit has to be the worst experience I have ever had at this location. The women who cut my hair totally screwed it up. She must not have liked my appearance, maybe, and decided I would look better without hair. Instead of cutting my hair as per the notes in their database or my direction, she used the clippers and buzzed my hair all over, leaving me practically bald. She is the first not to understand what a fade is at great clips. I will never let that person cut my hair again. Actually, she shouldn't cut anyone's hair because she can not follow directions and is not a hairstylist. Why is she working cutting hair? Find another career; please do the community a favor and put down the scissors. Thank God hair grows back.

The haircut might have been pretty good had it been what i asked for. My 16 year old grandson who was in the process of growing his hair out had curls that were nice. I asked the stylist to only take one inch off the hair and she ignored me and cut it into a short guys cut with like a # 1 or 2 trimmer. Then when i was shocked and said it wasnt what i expected she said oh. I handed her my money in cash expecting some change back since the hair was definitely not what i asked for. She just pocketed the 4.00 change in her own pocket without my even telling her to keep the change. I tip nicely when people do what i ask but not when they don’t listen and ruin my grandson’s style he was growing out. She left it an inch long instead of taking one inch of hair that was five inches long. Not going there again.

I went to a woman who destroyed my hair. Everyone at the salon said it was great. Everyone of them which has never happened before. It sucked it took me 8 weeks before I could cut it again.

My mother, aged 93, had her hair cut recently by Danny at this location. There was a woman sitting in a nearby chair and my mom said she would like her hair cut in the same style as hers. Danny said he could do that. My mom also mentioned that she had cowlicks and Danny told her that wouldn't be a problem. However, during the lengthy cutting session, Danny managed to shave my mom's head too short. It wasn't styled to be shaved, but he kept cutting and cutting, and she ended up with two significant bald spots, one on each side of her head. There wasn't enough hair to cover it up. Being the classy lady my mom is, she paid for the cut (which Danny admitted he cut too short) and even gave him a tip. But she said it is the worst haircut she has received in her lifetime, and she is beyond humiliated to go out in public, and especially misses attending church. She wrote a letter to the manager of the establishment, but has yet to hear back. If we could give this a zero star, we would.
