I originally tried to order flowers for my mom in Palm Coast through one of the national websites since I live in a different state. After several failed attempts at fulfilling my order, I found Garden of Eden in Palm Coast! Being in a different state and different time zone, it was amazing to be able to order for delivery online. They delivered on time, had no issues with my directions getting into the gated neighborhood, and the bouquet was beautiful!! My mom loved them. My only suggestion to improve would be send an automated text or email right after the flowers have been delivered (I got the email several hours later). But other than that, it was a wonderful experience! I’d order again from here.

Great friendly customer service! Called early this morning to order flowers for an afternoon delivery. The "Fiesta" arrangement was vibrant and fun, the flowers were fresh and I got an email confirming when they were delivered. Very happy with shop and plan to order again in the future for sure!

Ordered a dozen roses for my wife for our anniversary. The roses themselves were beautiful but the arrangement was hideous. They were stuck in a messy white flaky substance with no artistic touch what so ever. They were all cut really short and pushed down into the vase. Looked like something my twelve year old would do. Will not order from here again.

After two failed order attempts and two refunds with 1800flowers and FTD, I was finally able to get a beautiful arrangement delivered to my mom in Florida (I’m in North Carolina) by dealing directly with a local florist. Garden of Eden Florist put together a beautiful arrangement that looked almost identical to the picture on their website and they delivered it successfully on the day I requested. When they had to make a substitution with one of the flowers, they alerted me ahead of time to what they were out of and what they’d be substituting them with. 1800flowers never even contacted me that the order couldn’t be fulfilled. I had to keep calling to find out what was up. FTD contacted me, but offered a less than acceptable alternative. Garden of Eden came through in all aspects and I was extremely pleased and grateful. I will definitely continue to deal locally moving forward. Thank you, Garden of Eden, for redeeming a very frustrating situation.

My family lives in Palm Coast and I've lived far away for 2 decades now, so every now and then I rely on Garden of Eden to help send something special to them. On Mother's Day, I ordered something from another local store and the retailer cancelled my order the morning it was supposed to have been delivered - I immediately called Garden of Eden and they came to the rescue. They were professional, kind, and put together an absolutely beautiful arrangement for my mother. Since then, I won't use another florist and I couldn't recommend these people enough. Great group of people, exceptional quality work, outstanding customer service.

This was perhaps the best experience I've ever had with any florist either in Jacksonville, where I live, or with other florists in general! They called to let me know the shade of daisies wasn't available and wanted my permission to change to a different color. I left a voice msg followed by an email to them as to what color I preferred. They sent me another email with a picture of the changes they planned to make to the arrangement. They also texted me to let them know if I agreed with their choice. So I called them and talked with the owner's son, who identified himself when he sent the photo. We then decided to swap two colors around for better contrast and more vibrant colors. I was SO pleased to speak with Joe, the owner's son, who was arranging the flowers. He was so patient with me and so thorough to every detail! I highly recomment Garden of Eden to anyone in Bunnell, Palm Coast, or the nearby areas to use this florist! I've used them for years because my son and his wife live in Palm Coast and have always been pleased with the flowers they send! Excellent flowers and excellent service!!!
