I wish it was a more personable experience. We got sat in front of a large tablet and told to pick what we like. It made me feel like my service was not wanted. We will not be back.

We were looking at buying furniture for our new living room space. Lilly was so much help with everything. We purchased most of what we need for that room after she actually came to our house to help me with keeping the room close to the plan I had envisioned. She gave us ideas for every room and is watching out for other pieces that will work for us! We are very impressed with the store and what it offers. Even more grateful for Lilly and her personal attention. We’ll definitely be returning!

Awesome, awesome, great and tremendous service, the sales person there especially the sales person that helped me today was awesome , he was so understanding, does everything to fit my budget as a person just starting out on my own, he went far and beyond to make sure I got my matrass and I want him to know I appreciate you a lot, I recommend not just furniture to go, but to this branch at boulder rock drive, so all get to have a good and friendly shopping experience ??????????

Purchased chair in March(23) cannot sit in chair due to wide gap, uncomfortable.Warehouse mtg came to home stuffed back of chair, called the store two days later chair still with wide gap cannot sit in chair .Store employee said all the chairs were like that and you have to sit in it a certain wayLol ? never heard of that one!Never again will I purchase any furniture

Dispicable....not only missing part of the order but it took two visits ( paid for delivery!) to pick up missing contents which were nowhere to be found after first pick up attempt.Disfunctional to say the least.

I purchased chairs from Furniture 2 Go website that indicated $151 for (2/cn), I selected 2 giving me 4 chairs. My order got cancelled somehow so I ordered 4 chairs from their store in Palm Coast with Dave. The chairs arrived in the store and Dave wanted to charge me $151 per chair. Twice the price. I went to Amazon and bought the identical chairs for $130 (2/cn). My 4 chairs arrived 2 days later and cost $260 vs Furniture 2 Go's $600. I absolutely will not do business with Furniture 2 Go and strongly suggest you avoid Dave and Furniture 2 Go. There's plenty of other alternatives.

I want to share three different wonderful experiences that I had at the store! The first time I came to the store I was needing a mattress for my daughter. I had already stopped at all of the mattress sellers in Palm Coast Florida, and they wanted quite a bit of money for a twin size mattress. She has a medical condition so I had to find a mattress the same day so she had some thing to sleep on. At the end of our search, we entered the utopia of Furniture 2 Go a store next to the Chick-fil-A and Palm Coast. David was our savior. He showed us several options and we were able to save over $100 on a mattress for her that we were able to take and use that evening.The second time we came to furniture to go we were re-furnishing our children’s bedrooms. My daughter had fallen in love with an emerald green velvet sofa. She saw online. But it was rather expensive. We enter the store and walk-through looking The second time we came to Furniture 2 Go we were re-furnishing our children’s bedrooms. My daughter had fallen in love with a emerald green velvet sofa. She saw online and it was rather expensive. We enter the store and walk through looking at all the sofas and it was a miracle around the column was a condominium size, dark emerald green velvet sofa that would fit her small bedroom perfectly. She is on the autism spectrum, so color and textures are very very important for my daughter to be at peace with her surroundings. We bought the sofa that day saving a good $300 from the Internet.Our third and most recent trip to Furniture 2 Go involved finishing off my daughters bedroom. We were able to find a very high-quality beautiful chest and nightstand at a very reasonable price. David truly cares about his clients the store and making sure all customers leave happy. If you live in Palm Coast or are near Palm Coast, I highly suggest you check out furniture to go before the big box stores. Trust me, it will be worth your while!

Purchased a blue leather sofa bed from them and am very satisfied with the attention given, great service and personality of the salesman, Dave, at the Palm Coast store. I will return when I have need of some furniture or accessories for my house.

Came here just to look at what was available, I was not looking for anything specific, but the employee was extremely rude when we told him that we didn’t need any assistance and we’re just looking around. He was constantly asking us questions after telling him 3 times that we didn’t need any assistance, and then he told us if we’d rather waste our time going to other stores, we could do that instead.

The guy that works there kept telling us to take our time but then 1 minute later he came up and was rude as hell to my family basically saying we were wasting his time and insulted them by saying they were dragging us around in the heat when we could just buy something from him. But we were just browsing. The selection isn’t good, and prices are the same and some more than a non outlet store. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND
