I am very disappointed with the service department. I've been waiting for an appointment for two weeks, and one of the four tires is completely bald. Despite the car being under warranty, the service manager, Sean Ganning, refused to perform diagnostics without payment of $160. Additionally, he declined to address a recall issue, and he was very rude and disrespectful to me. I will never visit this dealership again.

Took a car in for an oil change with a scheduled appointment still waited over 2 hours for the car and when I got it back, it was covered in oil inside and out with oil hand prints inside and around the hood and a lot of oil on engine cover and around the filler neck. I take my cars to Daytona dodge now. Much better service all around. Totally worth the drive.

Service department installed aftermarket lights for around $300. The bumper needs to be removed. Within a few months the driver's side bulb fell out of place.The bulb was installed improperly and was not secured in the bracket. I called to request the bulb be installed correctly and not be charged and was told a manager would need make that decision. No one called back. Sent an online request and was offered to purchase new OEM bulbs for about $1000 or pay $300 to have my own bulbs installed. My vehicle has a factory warranty. I will not be returning to this location. I just want the bulbs I have to be installed correctly.

WORST DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE ever. I live in Flagler Beach, let me start there. I own a 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee with less than 36K miles which I bought New- not from Flagler CDJR ( I bought it when I was up north last year) but brought my Jeep in to service with Flagler CDJR last week. I had an issue with my Right Rear Window Trim Panel falling off the Jeep. It would be covered under warranty since I am under 36k and I am also having some issues with my trans acting up. I drove into the Service lane. No one came out to greet me. I walked into the Service Dept & a young man asked if I had an appt. I said no, but here is my situation- explaining about the panel (did not even get a chance to discuss the Trans Concern). He asked if I bought it there- I said no but does that matter when it comes to servicing my Jeep? ( This young man had no idea I have been working in automotive on the dealership sales as well as service side since 1998). He said yeah, and since you didn't buy it here I'm not sure we can help. I stated that it is under FACTORY Warranty and I should be able to take it to any Jeep dealer in the U.S and have work done. He said that panel probably isn't under warranty. Stuff like that falls off usually happens when you take it through a car wash!???? I said to him, I bought a $53,000 Jeep, this is my 3rd one owning and are you telling me I can't take my Jeep through a carwash? Do you want to even look at it? There is no damage to the Jeep, it literally fell off while I was driving. He asked me if I had the part that fell off? I said NO, it fell off while I was driving down the highway & noticed it after I parked the Jeep and returned to get into it. He said without the part, we can't help you, have to have the broken one to return it under warranty. I shared that I have been in the car industry a long time, and understand OEM requirements for warranty work. If there is an explanation in the return rarely do you have an issue with reimbursement from the manufacturer. HE SAID " Yeah well Covid changed alot of things from factory warranty work". WHAT????? I could not believe he seriously tried to use COVID as a reason NOT to service my Jeep! I was so disturbed I left and immediately called the 800# for Customer Service for JEEP. In talking to the representative, he in fact told me yes, this part & issue would in fact be covered under factory warranty, he apologized for the experience at this location & asked where else I'd want to take it. He told me I could take it to a CDJR dealer ANYWHERE. He gave me a case#. I took it to a store within 30 miles. Pulled up, was greeted immediately, asked what I was there for, without telling them I even had a case # with Jeep, they ordered the part, scheduled me for a service appt for the following week to look at my Trans & install the new panel to the trim and will put me in a loaner car while they do so. THAT is the type of SERVICE Customer Service Flagler needs to learn. This wasn't my 1st time experiencing this with them either. On a previous visit, I brought in my Jeep to have them look at the rear hatch because the motor wasn't working to lift & close it. They told me they couldn't get me in to even look at it for 2-3 weeks, and the part probably wouldn't be covered under warranty. I called New Symrna CDJR as soon as I left Flagler. They asked if I could bring it in @ 2pm that day, which I did. It was in fact the motor to the lift gate, they didn't have the part in stock but sent a driver & got it from another local dealer who did, it was covered under warranty & it was all done same day. I will NEVER EVER GO TO FLAGLER CDJR Service again- they should be ashamed they run a service dept like they do & the Owner and General Manager should re-evaluate their staff as they are losing service customers because of it.

I brought my 2017 ram rebel in for service. I got an oil change and tire rotation. The rebel has air ride and the tire pressures vary from the front and rear tires because of this. I figured a dodge dealership who sells the truck would know this or at least know to check the tire plaque on the driver door of the truck but they clearly don’t pay enough attention to care. It’s hard to trust they did any thing correctly when they couldn’t even check the tire pressure and correct it on the truck. They recommended a lot of work and now I can’t trust them enough to trust it and have to go else where to make sure the service was done correctly and that my truck actually needs these things and find somewhere I can trust to pay enough attention to detail to work on the vehicle my 8 month pregnant wife drives. Thanks for charging me 120$ to just have me question if anything was actually done correctly on my truck. It is a shame you can’t go to a manufacturer dealership that’s sells the truck and get it serviced the right way. If the truck does need the almost 3 thousand dollars of work you can’t trust that I will not be trusting your service center to touch it. How can i trust you to do brakes you can’t even check tire pressure.

I've purchased 3 new Jeeps from them in the past 3 years . Their service department is understaffed ( as told to me by the service writer ) No Rental or loaner vehicles, just a transport home . When I asked about the " Jeep Waves " rental car program they knew nothing about it ..... even though that was one of their selling features. A few calls and they haven't returned one ! Tom A

Great Jeep buying experience. Asmaa was extremely helpful, responsive and kind. She made the car buying process super easy and quick. Once we agreed on price she held the vehicle for a small deposit until I could arrive several days later as I was traveling from another state. When I arrived she had everything ready to go for me.. I probably was only in the dealership for less than a hour.

Terrible service departmentWe have an extended warranty and they do everything not to let you use itLet our car sit there for 3 days never worked on itWe now drive to the Dodge dealership in St Augustine which is like night and day!

i went in with not great expectations due to some of the reviews. I, however, had a great experience. Everyone was professional, kept me well informed about what was going on, and answered all my questions. Ive only just picked up my jeep but it's no longer making the awful sound. Overall, very pleased.

We looked all over for a dealership that would treat us right and work with us on price so it would be affordable and we finally found Flagler Dodge in Palm Coast, FL. We came all the way from SW FL to acquire our beautiful new Dodge Charger. Everyone at the dealership that we came in contact with was not only professional but friendly and cognizant of our needs and valued our time as well. When we came to pick up the car, it was in the showroom covered and they did an amazing unveil for our benefit. They took care of all the paperwork including the DMV work and the business manager handled the signing of the voluminous paperwork required by the law and lastly, a lovely young lady sat down and patiently took us through the amazing technology in the car so we were as confident as we were able to be as to how it all worked and how it was all inter-related. We drove away with smiles and drove all the way back to SWFL to our home for a total of 300 miles. We wish they were closer so that we could return for service as we have a sneaking suspicion the same care and trust would be evident with the service and parts folks.
