We were very disappointed with this agency. They started out great. After a few years with them as our agents We had to move out of Florida and we are renting our house until we can move back. Zeef allowed our homeowners to lapse causing us a number of issues. In getting reinstated we were assigned an assistant who was less than helpful and rude. The owner of the agency would not return our calls. Homeowners insurance on rental properties is a big challenge but they made it worse.

I received two bills from farmers insurance, I paid them together and mailed them in. Farmers applied one part of the payment to my auto insurance and refunded the rest to me. In the meantime I received a second bill for my homeowners insurance which I had already paid. So I called Mr. Zeefe’s office and spoke with Bree. She did some research, called me back, had the check canceled and applied it to my homeowners as it should have been. She is fabulous, she is awesome and she deserves a raise.
